Broomtree Im not in favour of positive discrimination generally in anything but helping people feel included partially by recalling and acknowledging the past is no bad thing. I wouldnt support people being chosen for jobs based on a factor which wasn't skills/merit based but that's a different story

Capita will cut costs by not replacing staff who leave or retire, move more work offshore and reduce pay rises for the future
