Simpiles, No disrespect (and I do respect your opinion on here) but its normal practice not to get a pay rise in the private sector if you are loss making. You'd have to be mad to give pay increases in those circumstances to anyone other than the best performers.

@James Oxford. There is a big problem with IR reporting contracts imo. The SP is in the doldrums partially because public dissemination of news is so poor . Its important to know the thresholds so that PI's can challenge Capita's thinking here.
