You have no holdings, you have never dealt with Capita. Capita has actually told us it is deliberately getting leaner to get stronger meaning there might be a revenue drop, they have just guided revenue of similar to 2024 (circa 2.4billion)

Think consolidation now…would be a mistake. I’ll vote against unless something radically changes or unless management explain the real benefits. Why couldn’t this get shorted even lower post consolidation?

Personally I’d rather we consolidated when our results improve hopefully not soon. Unless AH has been told that IIs will invest if they do this .

Aim I have been a frequent and regular contributor to this site. Old trader’s view should not be dismissed. By all means show us the material benefit and I’m all ears . Should not we wait until we show some really positive results. We know you just want a quick profit but many people have some pretty serious paper losses so want to be convinced that this act is more likely to erase those paper losses than the status quo.

I’m all for doing something if there is a material benefit … I’m just not seeing that at present. I’ve asked IR and will post the response
