The RNS came out without mention of the dissolution of the JV. Indeed there is a section relating to the JV so if there was due to be a dissolution of the JV it would not be very good form not to mention it at all

Presumably that means that at least on the face of it the JV is still going?

Herbie the point is that company directors have duties whether you are on aim or in the ftse. And if some of the accusations thrown about by others on this board (without I would say not any cast iron evidence) were even half true there is civil and criminal sanction if they were held to be true.

I’d rather not believe I was being misled and deceived and a) things take longer b) businesses have setbacks along the way and things change. Me being a naieve aim investor will no doubt be the cry

No disrespect both of you but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to say that if there is no revenue and no funding eventually the lights will go out. You could say that about most start up (which this effectively was)

You both of you didn’t think NNN would get funding. They did. You didn’t think anything would come out of NNN at all but there are multiple projects in the offing. You’ve ask called the entire Bod of NNN liars and dismissed people like me for pointing out the new strategy and the positive aspects of the RNS’….just for having the temerity of pointing these out. Maybe one day you will be right chaps but the salivating constant attacks and negativity in the name of the greater good have been a sight to behold over the 18 months I’ve been in this stock.

PJ- what influence do you think UG and EXMS actually have? And do you think they’ll go away? I’m going to say tiny and no. To the extent they have any influence , I’d rather drill down on the basis of their view and let the reader decide. I’m an LTH here. Not a trader although may be forced into it. I don’t want to be .

PJ. UG and EXMS have got the numbers behind them . If you look at the Sp 18 months ago and the cash burn this cannot be denied , but a new strategy was borne then and substantial progress has been made

I’d rather debate the pair of them than not engage. I had a debate today with UG about the subscription agreement for example.

They’ve never seen the opportunity and never will. They also absolutely despise the bod and Duffin. That’s their prerogative. Personally, I’ve been a big supporter but I can see discrepancies and concerns which have been raised by UG and EXMS. It’s a free country and provided I don’t get abused I’m ok with a discussion.

Contracts and funding are key issues over the next 6 months

Fair enough UG that’s your opinion but the rns alludes to agreements being reached and revenue being made in the not too distant future. Ofcourse that might be exaggerated as EXMS or it might be correct. I would suggest the latter given the ramifications for directors for misleading shareholders in RNS’

I don’t think I have agreed it as such. If your figures are correct and you assume sales and no Sp rises in the next 6 months there maybe another fund raise. But none of the assumptions you have made are cast iron outcomes

How come you guys believe them on project timings and nothing else?

Thanks UG , where are you getting these figures from. 20 k a month for bio city . There were some lease liabilities in the account but I thought 30 k per year

Rest I don’t know and if they want to keep their gig going they’ll cut costs one would hope . I think prof fees will be a lot higher and salaries will be lower but that’s a guess

UG the cash was 1.8 at June 22 not June 21 . Add 400. Add anything from Lansted. Then see how deals go. Perhaps further funding. And I’m still not even sure how you get to 150 a month. Duffin is 17, steadman say 10, cave 10, others are non execs or consultant contributors say average 5-6 each, lease 3. Legal fees should be factored then and other fees for Filtech , other professional fees. Maybe some more R & D.

Then you are assuming nowt in return. It’s not an awesome position but it doesn’t feel as grave as you are making out

UG you are stating the bleeding obvious . You are the one assuming we have 2-3 months left , which you’ve based on figures from the first half of the year.

A better question would be - how does the company propose to fund its operations whilst the Sp is low given the contributions from Lansted are less whilst this is the case?
