Micho I agree this on the face of it dies not seem to be going well. The SA can only be successful in the initial stages if the Sp remains high. It hasn’t and the placing pretty much guaranteed a drop. Why didn’t he release news of the projects to keep the Sp elevated and agree a higher placing price. This to me is a mystery. The answer may lie in rules relating to When RNS’ can be issued and how material the content must be before issue. I don’t know. He issued the RNS under a great deal of pressure by shareholders. I think that is clear. If he could have issued the rns before the placing, why didn’t he. Why didnt he drip feed as suggested by UG? To be honest, I don’t have a rationale answer. Since the price payable by L is predicated on the Sp best I can come up with is that NNN has expressly agreed a criteria of things they can report on including things they are statutory obliged to report. But even that is a push….

Sorry Trisor, yes I believe Lanstead are clear and have sold out as they’ve been selling since mid December. They will unload again once they’ve accumulated enough.
Oval X will have shifted a fair amount and will be looking at dumping on the next spike…. Selling has slowed today compared to yesterday so that’s my take on it mate…

Micho you wrote in a post that Lansted were accumulating when I was merely talking about share allocation . I thought you meant accumulating shares.

UG stop being rude. I’m not rude about your assertions that oval x has sold all. I have only been commenting about share issuance not price which I fully understand.

They also got 37 m odd shares for entering into the agreement I believe.

How is there an ongoing accumulation?
