Simple chappy - you’ve argued that the JV has dissolved. Notwithstanding that you’ve offered no explanation why volz wouldn’t go anyway. A potential explanation is simple . They may not want competition to know about their association here and perhaps the view has been taken that it would affect sales and opportunities.

Basically until we get a firm RNS the JV is still on and everything else is pure unconfirmed speculation in your part

I have asked today EXMS a simple question. If volz are no longer part of virosynth why aren’t they at the biggest filtration conference in Germany in their own right? Do you understand the reason and implication behind the question?

It’s a start . It’s some albeit limited progress . I’m not remotely impressed by these tweets but they are a start . Never have I seen such foaming at the mouth from UG. Just look at his post below about how it’s a ****ing disgrace. Wow this is the most non eventful news ever. WTF knows why he is gone. What did he ever do? A new chairman coming in hopefully with stellar connections. Alternatively he couldn’t work with Duffin for a myriad of reasons. I’ll start to worry when Cave calls an EGM to get rid of Duffin. Otherwise a massive nothing burger.

ExMS I’m invested already chap. It’s too late for me. I went with my gut. Market is big enough for NNN to make a decent fist of it.

EXMS…perhaps he did and perhaps Lanstead felt that they didn’t want to take more risk until there were solid results or didn’t have the capital available to invest here at the time needed. We just don’t know the mechanics. All we know is that there was 400 k required sharpish for conclusion of deals. Let’s hope that is correct. And revenue comes through the door. I do expect placings to follow . I can’t participate as I’ve reached my limit here (perhaps like Lansted on their assessment of the risk profile in their portfolio) but if I was wealthier I would. The potential is enormous

EXMS if you have read my posts you will know that I have concerns. But as I have always said, I’ve invested as much as I can afford to lose. This represent a small part of my overall portfolio. Most people have a portion to play with and some safer investments.

Ultimately though I like the tech, the potential really helpful uses for humanity and the possible upside financially.

Unlike you I don’t think we are being defrauded here. But I could be wrong. It’s just not my sense

ExMS you don’t know what Oval x’s MO is anymore than any of us. We have no idea what they’ve sold, what they’ve held back for the future. You also have no visibility on the relationship between Lanstead and NNN let alone the relationship between volz and NNN. You are guessing. That’s not to say your guess may not be correct but you are still guessing and may ultimately be wrong.

Much to play for here. And good things can still come.
