I was fully expecting a cash burn UG. I would vote for whoever persuaded me was in the long term interest of this company. In particular I’d need to know the alternative to Duffers.

Cave himself hasn’t been great at commercialising either. So if there was a vote, I’d need to hear both parties.

Cave and Duffers are working in tandem on this. Cave authorised Lansted and Oval X...clearly diluting his shareholding massively when he could have called EGM's. He didnt. 10.1% is purely a psychological measure on Cave's part

UG Duffers could place the rest of the allocated shares tomorrow without needing Cave's authority. There is no guarantee Caveboy wins any vote ...simple as
