Me and my work mates never answered the phone when the boss rang as we knew it always meant more work. One day it rang an the apprentice answered it, he was told to go home and enjoy the rest of the day. We fight to answer that phone now but 99% of the time it ends up with us doing extra work lol.

Please don't let those with ulterior motives convince you this is a bad thing, I imagine the vast majority of investors love it and wish all CEOs did the same.
