Ralph2010, I asked that question of Sam at the investors meeting, " why can't the FIG defer royalties or tax until first oil, as surely they must want this to happen as soon as possible, as the clock is ticking faster for everyone now" He didn't give me a straight answer. Just agreed with me! Which I found a bit strange. Make of that as you will. Regards.

Hi, Cyan2, Fully agree with LTT assentment of the investors meeting. "A calculation that spits out a final figure!" I got the feeling, that Sam seemed fairly confident the award would be in our favour. If I was pressed I would say 50-100m after lawyer fees, ( just my gut feeling) What concerns me more is that the award should be spent wisely! Regards

Awax, all the best with your trade. My worries are just like Cairn we get a favourable award and the share price don't move with it......until it's banked maybe.

Fully agree, when I asked about the OM award yesterday I felt they were fairly confident of winning. But he did stress it will probably be rounded down.
My concern is not winning the award, but how long it takes to receive it,and what the board will do with those funds!

My take home message from the meeting today was unless we get a good award, there's a placing coming. I told him long term investors will be wiped out, my personal opinion is all the time they can keep then large salary's in place they are happy, also after meeting them for the first time I can honestly say Sam moody doesn't feel me with confidence,

I got the impression from today's meeting they will wait on the OM result before any fund raise, just my gut feeling

Sam said he is in regular contact with navitas, who are still interested, but at the moment he's unsure how??Habour want to exit (meeting them tomorrow) He also said he's fairy sure Rockhopper will get 100% of the licence back

I attended today's meeting (no biscuits just tea or coffee), only 14 investors attended.

I pressed Sam on what would happen if we don't get a favourable Ombrina Mare award. He said there was a very good chance of requiring fund raising in 2022.

I also asked how his relationship with the FIG was in relation to continually extending the licence. He said they are happy as long as they see some progress continuing. But I got the impression this will not last indefinitely.

I emailed them this morning, went through no problems. Regards.
