It's not just this share that's under valued, just take a closer look at BP, who are already in the FTSE 100, I honestly think this share will come good, but when who knows.

Exactly, until Slim gets to his desired % this is range bound, don't normally believe in conspiracies, but this should be higher.

I can't see this moving much until the the budget is out of the way, with a view to the investment allowances.

It's also don't help that O&G is unloved at the moment. With all the moving parts of this enlarged company its only a matter of time before the share increases.

Dark-Knight 2020@ Feel's like this share as been held back for a while now, Slim wants a controlling interest in Mexico's oil and gas future going forward, hence why he needs a stake in Harbour. The £3.60p agreed takeover price gives me comfort that the value will out in the end!

All the time Mr Slim can see value here, he will just keep buying. Esp anything under £3

I can tell you what's going on here, Accumulation of shares, when the time is right the share price will jump, When? Anyone's guess, just hold tight and reinvest the dividend at these prices, going forward you won't regret it!!
