Agree...great PR and also looks good on the Companies CV. At the moment not making any money with infotagion but I think anyone buying in now or continuing to hold is on betting on the future contracts that will come 6 months down the line. I just hope accessing the finance deal every month doesn’t wipe out the potential before then.

Interesting that all those who last week were shouting down anyone who mentioned more dilution aren’t around today ? I’m sure a few of them were adamant we were finished with the death spiral financing. Bought back today on the drop and managed to double my original holding. Realised as a LTH only way to get my original stake is to trade the spikes with this one.

James...I hadn’t realised about delays in preparing final accounts, how long a delay are you seeing at minute, is it a week behind or we looking at months ?

Idiot...must admit I have a slight nervousness about dividend payments as well but I guess your right it does depend on the cash reserves and 0.5p at the current SP would represent a huge percentage return but equally that would give people a huge wake up call and would cause a significant re rate. Maybe they just annouce a special dividend and hold fire on a dividend policy until post halving. ? Either way I think the next 6 weeks will really tell whether it was taking such a huge stake and risk for me personally over the last 18 months. For the record I still believe it’s the right decision and in 12 months time anything I bought below 10p will look like an absolute bargain !!

Steakpie....we are all entitled to our opinions but for many of us share ownership for members of the BOD is essential otherwise what real incentive have they got to make sure they make the right decisions by shareholders. We all hope this company goes from a market cap of £500k to £10m ? Therefore the board will do everything they can to make sure that happens and to share in that success. Just paying a salary won’t drive that behaviour, also I don’t accept they can’t afford to buy in as they are getting good salaries and supposedly made money at unilad ?

I have always participated in share shaves in different companies I have worked for and made me think differently about the company. As I have progressed and been given share options or grants that has tied me to a company in terms of service and commitment as I have serious skin in the game.

As a small company wanting to go places if I was on the BOD of ICON I’d be wanting share options based around stretching targets and I’d also buy a stake however small as a signal to those watching that I’m in this for the future.

I’m a bit more conservative at the moment and think 12p is more realistic short or medium term target but do agree your targets are realistic in the next 12 months.

Plus BTC holding above $7k at the minute so don’t see my buy order getting filled which is a shame as was hoping to bring my average down significantly.

Wonder if we will see an RNS in the morning ? Last year final results landed on April 17th....if not got to land next week surely.

Also with the lockdown continuing another 3 weeks the traffic to Infotagion has got to build.

I suspect with the dilution shares issued last year to cover the legacy debt there still some significant volumes to clear, my only thought is why would you off load when no news. We know on the last 2 RNS this has spiked significantly.

I managed to finally sell my holding at .6 yesterday just before the peak and was only £1.2k down for all the fluctuations in the last 9 months. To be honest I think this share is going to be incredibly volatile so great for trading. Not my normal sort of thing as tend to invest for the long term and when I did my original research really did think these guys could make a lot of money but I worry that too many nefarious characters who worry me will suck any profit out. If your going to invest go in with open eyes...I’ve set my next buy order at .29 so let’s see what happens

I’m not sure we need too much of a long term view as I think the bits of the jigsaw we need to fit in to place are all going to happen in the next 6 weeks...

End of year results... will outline cash reserves.

Dividend announcement....be amazed if not making a return to investors.

Halving....big unknown but even if there is no significant move on BTC price this event will force the vast majority to switch off.

I agree with your statement about the simply Wall Street content but think we can all agree the 89% undervalued is way off. The market cap should be at least 3 times current level based on assets, cash on hand and current revenues and the SP should be at least in double figures. I always thought April would be the key month with the full year results and then quickly followed by the AGM and a dividend statement

Also why am I not seeing a link right at the top of the GSN website directing the traffic from that site straight to Infotagion? If they really want to prove credentials as the fastest growing online marketing company use everything you’ve got.

Tend to agree I’m not sure they will maximise the opportunity...when I looked at Twitter feed at the weekend it had less than a 1000 followers, I could have got more just by reaching out to friends and family. For social media experts they should have this exploding on all fronts. Your example about eammon Holmes stupid statement about 5g should have at least prompted some sort of release rebutting his comments and directing traffic to the website. I think the issue with the current BOD they aren’t business men....

As I finally got some time off just spent a while looking at the website, interesting to see mr Sefton has his dirty mits in the accreditation’s so perhaps he’s not as removed for iconic as I suspected ? To be honest not as much content as I was hoping to see considering how much fake news there is out there. However, here’s my take on the situation for what it’s worth.

Up until this new website we were waiting on GSN to bring in revenues ahead of the debt and costs associated which was never going to happen. The new website Infotagion is set up and surely provides data that can be monetised once covid19 is out of the way. But can potential revenues get ahead of the debt and costs ?

Well what would make more confident ? The BOD buy stock in the company or forgoe significant salary for stock options. Also let see some regular figures on visitor traffic to Infotagion, I got one have done my bit and shared site on social media, how many more have ?

Trek..thanks for the clarity on this, always thought it was a myth about setting high price. Surely enough large holders on here to make a difference if we all did ?
