in total GPL now have 2,295,930,633 shares in issue.
Of which we know 1,244,760,000 are held by the following folk.
Leaves 1,051,170,633 less than 50% free float.
11th July
Nick Nelson 175mill
Victor B 52.9mill
Yifat 56mill
Pavel 40 mill
Brett M 7.86mill
Rob Z 16.5mill
Craig B 13.9mill
12th July
William Potts 532mill
P Levison 75mill
17july - 8th Aug
S Sharpless has accumulated 144.8mill to date.
Oberon currently hold 188mill down from 209mill.
So we have had 3 times the volume of placing shares and five weeks of trading and currently still over 50% of the company is being held. This is currently the state of play on the facts we can attain.
So with 6.1b volume the names to first look at are those of ex Bard members.
Yifat, Pasvel, Alex B and Rob Z have a combined holding of 115,700,000 times this by 52 and you get 6.1bil. Point being if these wanted out it seems like these have had way enough churn to do so.
Oberon have 209mill and consultant to company William Potts (who left another role in april, just before becoming a player in gpl) holds 532million.
Granted the above two holdings only need to be times 8 fold to get to 6.1bill.
With over 50% of company being held for over 5 weeks and the volume of 6.1bill would anyone else seem to think that we may not have any major seller. How long can they hold back from declaring if one or more have actually sold.
