In a nutshell on the 11th July all the holding notifications was in regards to the shares in previous post being issued to the ex bods. I thought Victor had been shafted by company on his was out but as seen below he was £135k provided in shares.

b) Roby Zomer will receive 11,111,000 Management Shares equivalent to £66,666 at a price of 0.6 pence per share;

c) Pavel Kobzev will receive 8,694,000 Management Shares equivalent to £52,164 at a price of 0.6 pence per share; and

d) Yifat Steuer will receive 11,711,167 Management Shares equivalent to £70,267 at a price of 0.6 pence per share.

These material related party transactions have been approved by the board of directors of the Company. The relevant recipients of the Management Shares (being Victor Bolduev, Pavel Kobzev and Yifat Steuer) did not take part in the board of directors' consideration of the transactions with them and they did not vote on the relevant board decision

Separately, it has been agreed that Nicholas Nelson will receive warrants over 10,500,000 new Ordinary Shares and Yifat Steuer will receive warrants over 20,000,000 new Ordinary Shares, exercisable at 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share for three years from Admission (as defined below).

All of the above share issuances and grants of warrants are conditional inter alia on Admission (as defined below).

Been a long day and currently my take is that the ex bods bought placing shares at a price of 0.6p which was discounted from the price on 22nd December which was 0.725p. as none of the ex bod have sold shares since the placing at 0.6p then they currently still hold them all (as no notifications as of yet) at a current price of 0.21p why would you sell them. So based on that non of the ex bods would logically sell. However those placing shares at 0.6p where before the launch of the new Company. Nelson and Tennyson in the latest fund raise for new company raised at 0.1p wirh 1.8bil shares. To offset and compensate the ex bods he has issued them management shares and also some shares at 0.1p and also warrants with a 0.1p strike exercise price.

I said none of the ex bod have sold as we have yet to have any declare via tr1. I ain't got the will to go through all the options and shares issued to work out what each bod AVE price would be now but it looks like they have had there average price brought down which is good for them.

Are they gonna hold which will be better for us all but if they do sell not end of the world.
