Remaining Shareholders/Other Share Holders total on the web site corrected to 249,119,581 shares. That means the Euroclear Nominees account has increased by approximately 3m share since the previous reporting month.

A minor issue but worthy of note, they should have notified the company last month they had crossed the 3% threshold.

Sent an e-mail to Amur asking them to either confirm the figures for Remaining Shareholders/Other Share Holders for 02/12/2021 or to correct.

The figures were updated today. I've no idea what's going on but it seems clear to me that something is happening.

The "Remaining Shareholders/Other Share Holders" total has not changed at all since last month. I can't recall that ever happening before. I think this might be an error which will need correcting.

More importantly a new name in the significant shareholder figures (3%+) has appeared.

Euroclear Nominees has popped up with a 51,605,410 share holding. That comes to about 3.74% of the shares in issue. I think this total should be deducted from the "Remaining Shareholders/Other Share Holders" figure.

Some options appear to have expired as well with the total outstanding falling by 13,749,630 Likewise warrants which are down by 9,290,324. The Fully Diluted Shares Outstanding total has dropped by 23,039,954 with is the Options and Warrants reduction.

So we do have somebody accumulating. The big issue now is will Euroclear Nominees continue to buy?

“China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued draft regulations this month that instruct companies to produce batteries with an energy density of at least 180 watt hour per kilogram at the cell level. The average energy density for lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) batteries in China is around 160 wh/kg. There are a total of 39 factories producing LFP batteries in China, according to Benchmark’s Lithium ion Battery Gigafactory Assessment.”

Do they try and up LFP battery energy density or switch back to nickel rich NMC chemistries?

I don't think RY is in cahoots with anybody but I'd expect him to make full use of Tom Bowens contacts and relationships.

I hear what you say about losing the plot esepcially on the day after Horizonte's big pre-christams give-away. That was a major PI rogering if ever there was one. There is something left over there but nowhere near as much as most were expecting. Just goes to show how unrealistic PIs can be sometimes.

If somebody is quietly accumulating shares I'd take it as read that their intentions are in some respects malevolent. You'd want to accumulate at as low a price as possible and to take full advantage of PI impatience and boredom. You can't achieve that by allowing your actions to become public.

Malevolent is probably too strong a word. After all accumulating on the QT to get the best possible price is what its all about is it not?

We will have a much clearer idea on whether somebody is accumulating or not come the next share holder update which should appear on the Amur web site no later than 6th. December. RY did say he keeps a close eye on the share register. If somebody is accumulating and they want to stay below the radar scrutinising the share register might not pick that up.

The next share holder update should make things a bit clearer.
