You are an exception to most Americans who will never have attempted to jump through the hoops and hurdles of buying a company such as Tremor on a foreign exchange, via OTC/Pink Sheets, or whatever.
It remains to be seen what appetite there is for Israel-based Tremor ADR's about to be listed on U.S. exchanges.
Israel-based Perion (the Hebrew word for productivity) IPO'ed on Nasdaq in 2006.
Perion struggled to perform well until fairly recently.

If we are going for an 'IPO' then we must be looking at level III, the most prestigious ADR.
Will you trade using these in future?

Do we know that the ADR's that Tremor intend to promote in the U.S. are an entity that can trade on U.S. exchanges such as the Nasdaq?
Do we know this for a fact?
Otherwise what is the point?

Support from monetary and fiscal policy, progress in COVID vaccinations and the solid quarterly results.
The markets are still very strong and gearing up for further growth.

Archegos Capital Management was forced to liquidate its position.
Much of U.S. stock is over-valued, so a margin call on a hedge fund is only to be expected.
Hundreds of companies are trading at valuations that bear little, if any, relation to their underlying fundamentals.
