We can't be sure of the figures from the lost revenue as yet, but as you suggest, it is going to hit our bottom line hard that's for sure. All we can do to help mitigate it as much as we can is to perhaps buy a couple of bottles/cans of Marston's products.

That's the big reason I don't bother with shorting. I know there's big money to be made for those brave or smart enough to play that game, but it's too risky for my liking. I'll leave that for those brave enough and wish them well.

I'm not sure if you've heard yet, (or anyone else for that matter). It's just been on our local news that The Government want pubs, clubs et al to close temporarily.

I know we all sort of saw that coming to be fair.

I also, as I'm sure many others in my area have had an email from Transport for Greater Manchester saying there are going to be running reduced serviced short term.

So we're in for a bit of a drubbing on Monday.
