The company seem pretty confident in their legal position. Knowing what a **** show the government are - who do you think is in the good legal position here - A. a private sector publicly listed company with in house lawyer plus external legal advice? Or B. some public sector body that just operate in a way that is not efficient, commercial or well advised. The government just threw money all over the shop - i bet you they didn't even read the NCYT contract! People need to keep cool heads here. The company are just being cautious in its regulatory disclosures. I am very bullish especially down at £245m market cap!
