Looking at this technically, closing above 224.50 today and bouncing tomorrow would indicate double bottom.

Best thing for the company to do here is stay quiet and let things blow over. A company flooding the market with updates is a bit desperate. The market will correct itself over time. September update will be big catalyst.

Boohoo is trading at the exact same share price as 3 years ago! Remarkable give the scale of growth since then and the future opportunity for Boohoo to dominate.

"De-listing fears" Haha - comedy gold. HSBC, Goldman and the two largest institutional investors are bulls. You must be mad to think this will be de-listed for subcontractor issues?!?! This is the sort of total garbage chat that should be ridiculed.

Retail investors shouldn’t wet themselves and sell out. Average down and hold for September update, at least. I personally look at the falling share price as wonderful opportunity. Of course, I am not day/week trading this and am thinking bigger picture...

Also worth noting that AIM companies’ p/e values are on average higher than main market, as AIM shares are inheritance tax free. A main market listing would carry lower p/e but would attract afar better shareholder base (eg pension funds). Not sure there is huge benefit to moving from AIM, personally.

Expect one on Monday or Tuesday confirming PDMR buys from Weds, Thursday and /or Friday last week. They aren't in a closed period (unless there is an acquisition in train - which is a distinct possibility given the principal purpose of the recent fundraising was to provide capital for distressed acquisitions). Add in the September update, which will show unbelievable sales and BOOM!
