I think people can get too hung up about placings. The position here is exaggerated due to the preponderance of short term traders and the past history of the company

You need to make a judgement on whether the products which the company is currently taking forward have good future prospects of commercial value. If you believe Dr. Hargreaves then it would be a resounding 'yes'

The diluted short-term share price (should a placing be needed) would clearly be irrelevant if the company is successful in getting a deal over the line on one of its pipeline candidates in the next 12 months. A longer term perspective is needed

I do not find the observations of uninvested opportunists with dubious motives particularly helpful here

Suzy seemed to be more confident and relaxed in yesterday's Webinar than I have seen her in any of her previous presentations. Maybe she is in possession of knowledge that we are not yet aware of

I don't think she will be 'leaving' Valirx anytime soon. I would strongly expect her to be employed on a consulting basis for some time after the appointment of the new CEO

I must admit I have enjoyed reading the postings on X and find them useful in keeping abreast of wider industry developments, despite my very limited knowledge. I find the posts professional in nature but I am sure there is room for improvement, as you suggest. They can be rather repetitive on occasions

In the early days of JM's leadership every RNS seemed to be progressive and there was a underlying positivity within both the company and shareholders alike. He gave some excellent interviews on Proactive Investors at this time and everything was looking good. However, in the latter days we started to miss targets and have delayed and lost contracts (some undoubtedly outside the company's control) and changes in personnel and the momentum was lost

I had expected PS to initiate more communication with shareholders since his appointment but the news flow has been very slow. It is clearly in his interest to improve both this and the share price. It must be very hard promoting a company at a prestige event with a lowly market capitalization of £1.7m. To give PS due credit, he has had some top positions within the industry and will know what is needed to turn things around. Lets hope for some stonking RNS releases in the near future to boost investor confidence

Genuinely looking forward to today's presentation. I am expecting it to be quite positive in keeping with the recent Business Update RNS. £3.7m current market valuation, including around £1m in cash. Plenty of upside potential from here with some good news

It is interesting to revisit these comments made by Peter Hoskins in November 2017. PH founded Physiomics in May 2001 but was no longer with them at the time the comments were made

'I have waited 15 years since I founded this company to see its real potential begin to be understood. At some point the FDA will realise that the cost of manufacturing drugs and testing them in computers will surpass the need to do this conventionally in animal and human models. We are getting there and Physiomics is leading the way. I am not attempting to ramp the share. The technology is worth millions more than its lowly share price. Some of you have intimated that 10p is possible . At this price it is still so way undervalued as misunderstood it is unbelievable. One poster whom I have little time for has said £1.00 per share and he would still be wrong. You cannot begin to imagine how difficult it is to put together the world class team that work at Physiomics and how very few people are capable of modelling in this way. To assemble this team and to possess the very best vascularised tumour models in the world would be described by most industry experts as ''phenomenal'' as indeed their results. This contract alone and more to follow only serves to underpin their remarkable technology. £50 million market cap. With apologies this will far exceed this value over time'

Lots of things have happened in the interim, but it would be interesting to have Hoskins perspective now (if he still retains an interest) with PYC having a market cap of only £1.75m

King H, where have you seen reference to a patent and is this in connection with the PREDICT-ONC (G-CSF) tool ?

Certainly hope not. JM has been fundamental in setting up all the key projects currently in progress and needs to be retained for his industry knowledge and experience

PS has yet to make his mark with PYC, but I have every confidence he will do so

It looks like CC has initiated the move and has recently set up two companies. He has been with PYC for 20 years and It is good therefore that he will continue to work with PYC in a mutually beneficial arrangement

In recent years CC has been involved on the Valirx SAB. It is just possible that he may be taking a more active role in that business in the future

When Dr Putcha was appointed as Head of Biostatistics on 3rd October 2023 JM commented 'We'll be providing a further update on our expansion into this field later this calendar year'' - but this never materialised

The Interim Results announcement on 7th March 2024 mentioned this regarding Biotatistics ''a further update will be provided to the market towards the end of the current financial year''

We need to have some detailed news about the success or otherwise of the new venture ASAP rather than let things drag on to the 30th June deadline. I find it strange that Dr.Putcha has never featured in the 'Meet the Team' profiles on the company website

PYC volumes negligible for last 3 weeks so no suggestion of monies being moved to the likes of GPL

Is it going to be two days without a trade - would be first time this has happened for many years

From recent Trading Update :-

'The Company is in the final stages of negotiation for two projects (one with an existing client and one with a potential new client), the total value of which is expected to be, in aggregate, approximately £350k. Whilst the Board anticipates that the contracts for these two projects will be signed in FY24, the majority of the revenue is now expected be recognised in the Company's next financial year ending 30 June 2025 '

We should expect to see two decent RNS releases over the next 6 weeks confirming the aforementioned contracts. This should help restore confidence and help the share price

This must be an old notice as it refers to Tabula Rasa. It would be showing on PYC website if it was current

PS did recently mention that PYC were not looking for a replacement COO in the short term

1.31 to buy at moment. Not encouraging buys with the large spread

We need to create some momentum here with more regular RNS releases. News is very slow

Most forward looking companies on AIM have Directors who are prepared to put their money where their mouth is. We need PS and others to do likewise NOW

Most unlikely I know that anything will happen, but I have actually taken a punt on over 100k shares today

I agree that shareholders interest in PYC should be appreciated and a reply should always be forthcoming

PYC have a small core team of employed staff. They can tap into a pool of contract labour if there is excess demand

I am sure JM will remain committed to the success of PYC. He holds 1.9m shares and has options on a further 1.9m shares
