The announcement on 31st December refers to the extension of the exclusivity on the LOI until 31st May 2025.

The RNS does not refer to any material changes to the original LOI of 2nd November, 2021 and hence the original terms must still apply. Had there been any changes these would have been agreed prior to signing of the amended LOI and announced in the RNS on 31st December

I would be extremely surprised if the NASDAQ company involved the M&A transaction with TheoremRx is not EUDA. EUDA have not followed up on their announcement of a proposed merger with TheoremRx in October 2023 so a further update is still possible

PYC have been working alongside Sheffield University on the pioneering project 'Establishing Drosophila melanogaster as part of the pre-clinical pipeline for anti-metastatic cancer drug discovery'. It was funded by Yorkshire Cancer for three years and scheduled to finish in November 2024

It will be interesting to see if Sheffield University obtain new finance from Yorkshire Cancer to support further work

Highlights the potential for upside here in 2025 with key projects progressing well. Pete Sargent used the word 'excited' (or variations thereof) numerous times in his recent presentation, must be an indication of good things to come
