Pete Sargent was Director of Clinical and Diagnostic Development at HVIVO at around the same time as the Congenica UK Sales Director was Laboratory Operations Manager at HVIVO. Must explain the reason for the posts

At £1.4m market capitalisation the potential here is significant. From a few days ago :-

'As the largest Bayesian dosing platform in the US, with deployment across Europe, UK and further afield, the DoseMeRx platform provides Physiomics an effective route to initially deploy, but then eventually commercialise their Personalised Dosing Software. Furthermore, due to complimentary capabilities across the DoseMe and Physiomics businesses, both parties have identified the opportunities to collaborate on the development of new dosing software tools beyond GCSF and Docetaxel'

The funding was targeted to accelerate the growth of the company

This is clearly starting to pay off, as evidenced by the unparalleled number of recent contract wins. Real momentum here now

PYC work in great demand. More excellent news !!

There have been some excellent announcements from PYC over the last few months but the SP has been slow to respond. I can only assume that the fear of a further placing is a factor which is holding potential investors back

I have listened again to the IMC presentation from just a few months ago and the question of placings was discussed. PS responded by saying 'As a Board our strategy is focused around scaling the business to the point where we are no longer making a loss and can start reinvesting our income into driving growth initiatives. If as we expect we manage to hit market expectations at the end of this financial year we feel our cash runway will extend potentially beyond the calendar year. Exactly how far will depend on the degree to which we can convert our strong pipeline into new contracts and on whether we identify any specific investment opportunities (acquisitions) .....'

The results announced yesterday clearly exceeded market expectations and hence the need for a raise in the second half of 2025 should be lessened.

Regardless of the funding position, it is clear that PYC are making serious progress on many fronts. The contracting of high value work into future years is something relatively new for PYC and augers well for the future growth and success of the company. It is a nonsense that the current MC is a fraction of what it was just a few years ago but the potential is significantly greater. Be very interesting to see how things progress from here

Fair comment. Been some excellent announcements of late but the markets have not yet responded

The swings in the last few days are based on no real volume and can largely be ignored

.... and contracts typically of a much higher value than previously. As PS said only last month "This is a very exciting time for us here at Physiomics''

Some weak sellers here at the moment, maybe see better opportunities elsewhere. No doubt the herd will be back when the big news hits

Interested to see that BBD are producing a newsletter

In the June issue they mention that their device has been re-designed to 'features a screen, a smaller footprint and more robust interface between the test chip and the device. All these changes have come about from our initial pilots, feedback from the conference and a bunch of NHS nurses too'

Their device must have a good chance of being taken up by the NHS

One thing I rather miss from the days when Jim was at the helm are the afternoon RNS releases. One a number of occasions significant news announcements were made later in the day and it kept investors on their toes. It has not happened to date under Pete

It would be good to see a nice DosemeRx update happening lunchtime/early afternoon. You never know , I feel a decent update is certainly imminent

As per the PYC/Valirx agreement from 2021 : -

'Physiomics will receive a fee (capped at £6m) of 6% of any future net revenues that may be received by ValiRx relating to its commercialisation of VAL201 and its derivatives in any indication, including prostate cancer, endometriosis and treatment for Coronavirus infection' So PYC clearly have a vested interest in the progress of VAL401

From today's announcement on Valirx :-

'Under the terms of the Option Agreement and following exercise of the Option, ValiRx and Ambrose have entered into an Intellectual Property Licence Agreement for VAL401 under which ValiRx will receive 576,000 ordinary shares in Ambrose with clinical and commercial milestone payments to be made to Valiseek totalling a value of up to £16 million plus royalties'

PYC effectively have an interest in 6% of the 576,000 ordinary shares Valirx hold in Ambrose and there would be a proportionate cash entitlement as and when Valirx dispose of or receive income for those shares. Is this the way others see it ?

Why has the bid/ask been shown at 0.45/0.55 for most of the day when you can buy at under 0.50. Is it ineptitude on the part of the MM's or are they trying to put people off buying by showing an inflated ask price. Maybe an after hours buy coming through as the 8.70% increase look overcooked otherwise
