Not wishing to pour cold water on this BUT talking to legal advisers and the new CEO of Sve Min and then requesting a meeting with Baylan could imply he has got wind of yet another delaying tactic ? Kurt would have to challenge it after all this time despite trying to avoid taking legal action.
