You could argue that Arthur just gave his opinion in the RNSes about where he saw the JV. You can't get him on that. Tilburn and Easy and EdgeIn provided more production figures than RNSes ever did so yes I do include them with the dishonest group and I actively wish them not well.

The problem that any court would have is that we VERY CLEARLY DID KNOW "what our lot have been up to" - it was all there in front of everyone, all the lies, manipulation and over eggying production figures and suggesting JVs were further down the line than they were. Arthur only gave out very little info, it was the ramping crew that made up the actual lies.

So Arthur and COPL will get away with it. The real criminals here are the likes of East, Tilburn, Finwithtrader, Dickbait, Stas20, Uncle Asif and Shaaa. These are the real people you need to get annoyed with.

Or just don't. Accept you losses. Accept that you are total jerk at investing and move on.

I have not sold yet. Will see what happens. Most likely lose all that money. Hey Ho.

Well guys it could be worse.

You could be like myself and Jiving who invested in this dog and then also invested in COPL which turned out to be a damn DAAAAWG (it is practically bankrupt).

I hope that one day NFX gets its act together. Sadly NFX and COPL have proven to myself that investing in high risk shares is NOT a good strategy and had I invested the same amount of money in something boring like Google, Apple or Microsoft I would have 4 bagged at least! Especially Microsoft.

Anyway lessons learnt and all that.
