The market will wake up to this when we see sales figures. The company has no proven track record that it has the ability to sell anything and if you think they do in regards to those stupid goggles they sell then you are mistaken.

I still reckon this will go nuts on Friday helping to bring the 5 day average right back up

Looking at the bought/sold numbers, I have to say I'm not that disappointed overall. chunky buys are still coming in at prices that bystanders probably didn't think they'd see... still a strong shot of a 5 bagger here IMO and the future of the company does in fact look rather rosy to me. No one who's been here for 6months or longer was ever going to sell on dilution so i think we just have to drink it up. AM is not on anyone's Christmas list right now but he's done what he had to do, if there is further dilution after the deal is done (except from what we know is coming) then i will be saying goodbye and wishing you all well.

Is probably at it’s worst just now, usually is within the first 2 hours of trading... and it’s really not that bad. I can only assume the sells are from restless holders I would be very surprised if people bought in yesterday at a premium and sold today at a 10% loss unless they were hoping for a larger drop... doesn’t totally stack up to me

The RNS. They state that they require the money as working capital, which is what I thought the additional $20m in the loan was, I do not like the part that says “for general corporate purposes” if these clowns start flying private jets opposed to economy class until they prove their worth I will be seriously disappointed. I get the need for needing cash to pay employees until the cash flow starts up which will be a couple months, you don’t get paid on the daily for oil you generally agree a price with an oil broker for a few months at a time. I dare say this will drop down, not sure by how much but with my low average I’m sure I won’t go back into the red. I think it’s safe to say I don’t like the dilution because we have been blindsided but on the other hand we won’t really care in 6 months. There is too much confetti in play on this now so the clowns upstairs better start understanding that they need to buy some of it back and not do a share consolidation which will leave the spread at a disgusting size and have us all locked in for an untold amount of time. I need to see where we are at the end of play today before I decide how much I hate this dilution, I may not care

Flat finish when the market realised we still need to produce, market and sell the devices? I still see this as a ten plus bagger but a while off yet, this is a massive step in the right direction though

With the deal expecting to close on the 15th this could be an interesting week, will we see people piling in as early in the week as possible in the attempt to get in low or will we see people wanting to make some quick cash elsewhere and sacrifice getting in at what now surely must be the new bottom.

I'm not sure if this was your attempt at being sarcastic or if you've just never seen a company report, the reason those companies don't have a billion-pound valuation is cause they are drowning in debt and have to constantly restructure, just a couple short years ago both were valued well in excess of a billion, until the proverbial hit the fan. You aren't comparing apples and oranges, in fact, I think you just compared apples to a penguin.
