A lot of collaborations with collaborations with the known names like energous, Epishine, E-peas, Ossia etc. Mass market adoption is around the corner..

+33% , without all additional sales efforts and new products coming. This is why I think profitability is around the corner. This should be possible with simply a just do it make it happen mentality which is shown in practice by the new CEO. He is leading by example.

In these results are the legal costs and CEO switch. These are one time costs . If not mistaken this is in total 2.4 mln. This makes the actual loss 1 mln.

Looking to the sales activities started last 6 months, the order to bill ratio and the increased margin, this means that profitability is actually around the corner. But this is my opinion…

I have been following them on the background:

1 I ordered the health tags as early adapter and it stopped running after 3 years. So they did what they promised with the battery life.

2 too bad the private tag app is not there anymore since they switched to the professional market after they received FDA approval.

I have to admit that this kind of lawsuits are totally not my field of expertise and I notice today that there are some people posting here with serious understanding of how these things work. A big thanks for that !!

As some might know, about 2 years ago we teamed up with about 50 long term private investors that own more than 10% of the outstanding shares. With our brainpower, we raised already many questions and provided advises which have been also been picked up by the Board. We also have frequent direct contact with the board and Allenby.

the number of shares you have.

The reason for this is that name, address, broker is in the past requested by Cap-XX to check if we are not making things up. And since we all exposed ourselves, we would like to have the same info from the new members so that we are all on same eye level. The number of shares are only used to calculate the total number of shares we own.

All formal stuff will be communicated by email (everyone on the BCC).

If you have doubts about confidentiality etc, please post your questions/concerns and for sure others that joined previously will answer.

Especially in case you have knowledge from IP and lawsuits, it would be great to have a bit more brainpower so we can help the BOD.
