I learned that one of the customers of CAP-XX is public listed in the US and found a nice forum about them on Stocktwits.

They have earnings soon on 9th of March. Might give insights in their future sales (and likely Cap-XX as their supplier)
It seems they are working with Osram also.

I can confirm it was a mistake. I contacted Allenby for this and further down it is repeated in the rns in the right way:

As suspected, it is an error and is not supposed to be a double negative. Our lead in CF does not think it requires a corrected RNS as it is clear within the announcement as a whole what the Company is trying to say.

To all who responded already, we are currently on 6.98% of all shares.

Also I would like to welcome the ones that newly joined.

The response rate of the old group is about 55% now. I will send a reminder to them by mail tonight. If those didn't sell out and rejoin will reach 12%.

Some new people joined in the mean time (Warm welcome !) and a few left us since they lost confidence in the company and sold out.
The counter is now on 5.8% of the total stocks.
To the existing holders, please confirm your holdings by mail so I have the list up to date again.

Thanks all for your nice words and I also understand that some are sceptic about the initiative, but I think this is better than doing nothing.

I received some emails of people that would like to join but did not give any personal information, I'm sorry to be strict in this matter and I hope that below remarks made by other team members will convince you to join anyway.

Maybe a short update: A bit more than 1 year ago, we teamed up with about 50 persons and represented 11% of all shares.

We have been several times in contact with Cap-XX and two important things happened:

1 50 persons with the same interest have a lot of brainpower and a lot of good insights. From financial, technical and even arts. We were able to compose in an iterative manner a lot of good questions and ideas which then have been shared with the BOD's.

2 The BOD has taken this really positive and in the last updates (not the one from yesterday btw) had all a lot of answers and ideas from us embedded. They really tried to answer everything but of course within the rules & regulations and not sharing any competitive/market sensitive info.

After my request yesterday, the responses are dripping in my inbox and we are currently already on 4% of the total shares with less than 50% of the previous team members responses until now.

Early next week I will send out an email with all remarks I received about the recent RNS and we should start aligning on the next steps. I hope we will exceed the 11% from last year.

We as private investors are having together a lot of brainpower with a lot of different expertise which resulted in the past two years to several meetings with the BOD's and we provided many good questions/advises which have been shared and also often adopted by Cap-XX mgt in their presentations. Things which are business/competition sensitive are of course not shared with us.

After the weekend I will send out an email to everyone who subscribed to align on the next steps.

1 I was expecting black figures and absolutely not this level of increase of losses.
2 I reviewed the last market update and this is clearly the opposite of what was mentioned: Becoming profitable ASAP.
3 Market headwinds can happen, but it is how close the company is sailing to the wind. What is done to minimize the cash out on short terms ? No words about that, also not for the coming 6 months.
4 Seems that the total company is surprised on the duration of bringing products to the market. I'm sorry but this is widely available public information and if business cases are based on wrong assumptions, how much are all projections then worth ?
5 Overall deeply disappointed in the way the company is managed.

I suggest to revitalise the Pro Active Private Investors activities. Please let me know by a like on this message if you agree to revitalise.
