You can raise questions also.. take your opportunity !
They should have used cap-cpx, like spire does, I smell an opportunity…

Not really the same shape supercapacitor ;-)
Interesting info from Skeleton production volumes (Not yet there, ramp up must stil happen)
https://railway-news.com/skeleton-technologies-welcomes-dr-linus-frobose-as-new-coo/
One of his primary responsibilities will be to build a fully-automated supercapacitor production line in Skeleton‘s new factory in Saxony – a first in the industry. After manufacturing scale-up, Skeleton will be able to produce 12 million cells per year.
It seems that continental is also using Maxwell supercapacitors:
https://electronics360.globalspec.com/article/8620/the-role-of-ultracapacitors-in-automotive-technologies
Also left up I just noticed supercaps mentioned:
40 kVA, 3ph.
Power Controller
for Hybrid Genset
Integrated power converters
system for hybrid, variable
speed genset
Air cooled execution - Liquid
cooled available
Battery/Supercapacitors smart
use capability for Energy/Power
oriented applications
Oeps, and also bottom left:
120 kVA, 3ph.
115 VAC, 400 Hz Output
Power Converters System with Supercapacitors Stack
For Airport Ground Power Unit
Bottom right:

Sometimes worth to take a look to companies which are announced few months back to be working with Cap-XX.
https://www.rgm.it/product/hybrid-systems-energy-storage/
This is the one:
20KVA, 1ph. AC power convertor with supercapacitors stack. Hybrid Genset on special vehicles..
Could be military ?
James, you are right, but when you google these companies you can make some educated guesses on volumes and potential volume growth. You know which products they are in. This is the way to look forward. The financials are always looking backward. Then you are too late with buying or sellling. Just my opinion.
Hereby the list of announced design ins in the last 12 months:
E-peas
Jack windshield
Epishine
Vaimoo
RGM
Everactive
Spire health (new product)
Sensys
Portal instruments
Fiio
Xtell
Mcci
It is a lot for one year….
Frac, that also triggered me.
On the cap-xx website you can also now join a webinar on how to work with solar.
Also the picture of the large power cell showed already more than a first prototyp. Wondering if there is a relation with the cooperation with this Italian customer.
I already logged in to the webinar where cap-xx will join in an hour. There is an option to chat. Might be interesting
OS, good addition. I agree.
Time will tell.
Therefore I’m happy that they are also growing their product sales in parallel. This will for sure bring the shareprice to another level. But this will happen by hard work and organic growth
Winning the courtcase would be a huge step function.
The lawsuit with Ioxus was won. They went bankrupt but the judgement was done in favor of cap-xx.
Avx, Murata, cde and TDK have reviewed the situation and decided to license the ip.
Maxwell is trying to team up with others to prevent this since this is really about significant money.
Of course there is a risk that proof will be found. But this would happen than anyway in the end,
But if no proof is found, there are on short notice a lot of new licensees which have to pay a high price (no negotiation room) and no additional lawsuits… then we are in the predicted pound game…

The last alinea :-)
OS, yes he will. The reason is that a car is a consumer good where you can easily switch to another brand or type.
Looking to electronic components, the products are mostly part of a bigger system which are all balanced with eachother. For this they need engineering time and even sometimes reliability tests. Switching in your design to another component is not always easy.
About another car: did you check availability other brands since they all use alumni and chips… for example they mostly have a Bosch ABS which has a chip inside)…maybe you should look for 2nd hand ;-)
Can’t remember seeing this video. Worth watching:
