Just honest posting my thoughts. No nicknames for me.
@ Elon Wobble, maybe you can try to calculate the expected company value purely on operational growth for 2022,23,24 without the IP/license value. I think this will explain why I’m still invested. Good luck with that.
Don’t be too sure.
1 we also know that one of the licensees is performing underpayment
2 we also know that Maxwell requested contact to AVX products for some reason
3 did the other companies did also go on this prior art route with products and documents ?
Let’s see
After digesting the recent two court documents, I think these questions need to be answered:
Is the claimed prior art indeed covering the Cap-XX ip ?
If yes, How was the claimed prior art by Maxwell 23 years ago present for outsiders ?
A readable link to prior art:
https://www.epo.org/learning/materials/inventors-handbook/novelty/prior-art.html
This is the interesting part:
The reality is very different. Many inventions never become products, yet there may be evidence of them somewhere. That evidence - whatever form it may take - will be prior art.
There are no accurate statistics, but some experts estimate that for every recorded invention that eventually reaches the market, ten never will. This means that if you want to find out if your invention is novel, you should indeed search products past and present - but you should also search much further.
I think the judge needs to determine if Cap-XX did enough work 23 years ago to find this particular prior art and base his final judgement on this.
Interesting process…
I still have 15th nov in my agenda, or is this obsolete ?:

RPM = spire health tech:
4. Conclusion
The potential for RPM to allow patients to be discharged sooner and for healthcare services to be concentrated on those with the most need is significant and not isolated to cases of COVID-19. Hospital bed shortages have been almost universally reported around the world as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic [[13], [14], [15]]. Virtual wards have been promoted in the United Kingdom and has shown significant cost savings [16]. Earlier discharge has the potential to reduce iatrogenic complications such as hospital acquired infections and deep vein thrombosis [3,4]. The use of RPM technology has the ability to improve the capacity, efficiency, and quality of complex home-based care. This case demonstrates the utility of RPM in enhancing clinician confidence in the discharge plan for a patient with COVID-19 as well as in aiding the communication of patient progress. Research focusing on the optimal utilization and protocols for RPM use in post-acute care for COVID-19 and other disease states is necessary.

Thanks for sharing the everactive video.
Learned something today: wireless reduces drastically the initial installation costs. Meaning that even a more expensive sensor is in total cost of ownership the better choice.
15p by Cenkos… not for me ;-)
New filing
I just realized that today could be the last Friday without settlement and that some of us have an early retirement ;-)

Surprised, good summary. Looks like this is waiting or topping up on the moment. Selling would be the wrong thing to do. At least to my opinion.
In the event Cap-XX will lose the courtcase and subsequent their licenses over time, how will that influence the value of the company ?
Reasoning for raising this question is that the focus on production is increasing (in-house, Nationgate and the subcon in China) and a lot of design ins are announced recently.
The AGM was this morning, however due to some confusion in timezones, I missed it.
The good thing however was that the questions we raised upfront have been handled during the AGM
This shows that the initiative for teaming up our brains is having some traction. Of course never as much as we a shareholders want to see.
Thanks to all who contributed to this.
Let’s cross fingers on the courtcase
Can we expect some fireworks today ?
No debt indeed, but dillution for existing shareholders..
Avx datasheets still mentioning licensed by cap-xx. Looks like they are still a paying party.
Could be that CDE is not paying the royalties.
