James, you are right, but when you google these companies you can make some educated guesses on volumes and potential volume growth. You know which products they are in. This is the way to look forward. The financials are always looking backward. Then you are too late with buying or sellling. Just my opinion.

Also the picture of the large power cell showed already more than a first prototyp. Wondering if there is a relation with the cooperation with this Italian customer.

The lawsuit with Ioxus was won. They went bankrupt but the judgement was done in favor of cap-xx.

Avx, Murata,cde and TDK have reviewed the situation and decided to license the ip.

Maxwell is trying to team up with others to prevent this since this is really about significant money.

Of course there is a risk that proof will be found. But this would happen than anyway in the end,

But if no proof is found, there are on short notice a lot of new licensees which have to pay a high price (no negotiation room) and no additional lawsuits… then we are in the predicted pound game…

OS, yes he will. The reason is that a car is a consumer good where you can easily switch to another brand or type.

Looking to electronic components, the products are mostly part of a bigger system which are all balanced with eachother. For this they need engineering time and even sometimes reliability tests. Switching in your design to another component is not always easy.

About another car: did you check availability other brands since they all use alumni and chips… for example they mostly have a Bosch ABS which has a chip inside)…maybe you should look for 2nd hand ;-)

Nowhere as far as I know. I was only responding to the potential. Apologies if this conclusion was taken.

Having some experiences with traceability and shopfloorcontrolsystems, this kind of indoor trackers can have a huge impact on the way products/batches are tracked in/out to determine where the product was on which time/date.

Nowadays, this is all done with bar/qr scanners and is not error proof since there are always blind spots, whereas this kind of tracking is a full and realtime monitoring and far easier to implement and maintain.

GarryParry, indoor is mostly done on the wifi signals and by connecting the sensors by bluetooth. One problem for these trackers was always recharging the battery. This is solved nowadys by companies like epishine/epeas.

The other problem which will now be the pricing: at which price will it become worth the invest. I think this can be different per product/application.

After some months seeing you putting a lot of effort in posting and reposting all good things about Cap-XX, I do not see any significant change in shareprice.

So maybe good to take a good look in the mirror and ask to yourself if it is worth spending your valuable time in something which is not having the expected effect ?

Besides this, the serious investors (who all have the older news on their radar) do not need to scroll all the time over your posts.

Just a suggestion and of course new input/insights are always welcome.
