BTW, we are on 8.2% of the shares with 31 people, I would like to close the period to join by this Saturday night since we have exceeded the target of 5% already and we need to move on to the next step.

A final post for the ones which are still doubting to join or not.

The counter is 31 Mln shares which is 6.1% of all shares.
This means we exceeded minimum target of 5% and we are now preparing the next move.

After I posted a few days ago to team up as private investors, I thought it was good to share a short update in the hope others will join.

- Currently the counter is close to 16 mln !! shares which is based on the recent RNS a voting right of 3.3%.
- There have been raised some good points by the different private investors which are currently filtered/rephrased/enhanced to be raised to Cap-mgt.
- I'm writing a daily update mail towards all who joined to keep everyone aligned and having feedback, of course all on BCC.
- I hope this is convincing others to join and if so send me an email with the number of shares you own, your nick name and of course all other things you would like to bring in: tradingdutchman.cpx@gmail.com.

Absolutely valid questions which are pretty inline with questions which have been raised in the mails from other investors, so I think it would be good to team up, but this is of course your own decision.

By teaming up we will have at least a serious voice instead of all individuals.

I hope this convinces also others to see the advantage to team up.

A short update, we are now on 10 mln shares in total and some excellent input also by mail.

I will keep names/email adresses and number of shares of course confidential and will not share them.

Bobson, I fully agree with your remarks, but it doesn’t change the facts I just posted. This was simply unfair towards the private investors.

No answers, only a way to get as private investors on the same influence, rights and information level as the institutional investors. Remember that they were able to buy with a discount recently and we are left behind with even more dillution. This is simply unfair and needs to stop.

By the way, currently the counter is above 5 mln shares.... the first 1% is in the pocket.

After again abdilution a few weeks ago, I expected some major announcement but nothing happened.

I think it is time to team up as private long term investors and hopefully come to a total amount of shares which will give us a voice and we can make a fist.

I have seen this happening lately @ Wereldhave and this group was very successful with this.

Therefore my request to the long time private investors to team up.

After some digesting and reading posts on this board, the only thing I can think of that they were in urgent need to get cash for upfront expanding manpower/capex due to an unexpected Design win.

If the bod’s wanted to get out, they managed a small rise before by doing for example a proactive investors interview.

Let’s see.

Looks to like they admit that they are indeed using cap-xx ip and that they try to get same license agreement than AVX.

Long term is within 5 years.

Openspaces, I still expect this stock beyond the 1£ on the long term, but I admit that my confidence level was hit serious last days.

Time for a serious update with more transpancy. Also financially.

If this is not happening in this month, I think we should start teaming up as private investors and get around the table with the bod’s.
