RE: 3p a share or £160M company value seems plausible 2025-2026.11 Mar 2025 14:57
@Techieman, I did not disappear and I hope that nobody invested due to my posts. In the end is everyone is self responsible to invest or not and do their own investigations.
But what I can say is:
1 The last dilution was dramatic for all long term early investors and there is no denial about that. If everything goes right these people might break even in a few years. This is simply complete unfair to those that helped the company through difficult times.
2 The last dilution was something which has a lot of question marks. The company should normally have been taken over or bankrupt. Apparently there are still people which were willing to send money to Australia to sponsor the organization....
3 The direct contact with the BOD is cooled down after the recent dilution and our critical (but true) Linkedin comments on their posts.
4 On the other hand, if you look to the company right now without the history, it is actually in a good shape:
- Cash for 1-2 years
- Increasing sales
- Collab with Schurter who are actively promoting their private label products
- The SMT line around the corner
- Valuation is only 6 Mln.
- Once they show another quarter of sales growth I think the share price will be on another level.
Now, I will disappear again and please do not see this post as professional advise
