The recent shares being offloaded has really weighed this share down. This increase in positive sentiment and raised volume level should also see any overhang of these shares being mopped up. May already have happened but if not any charities etc that hold shares and want to get rid can do so and then this SP can begin to motor.

Let's see where DubleD is with his short position at the end of trading on Tuesday.......You will have had an uneasy Christmas weekend holding any shorts in ODX!

DubleD shorted this at 48p as I went heavy long.......we are going to get together in March and compare positions...

I think by next Tuesday I will be up 40% and he will obviously be down 40% but it's going to get grimmer for him come next March.

I mentioned back on the 16th that the SP will do very little without volume and the volume in ODX was simply not there prior to today. I also stated that positive RNS/sentiment will change this very quickly.

Patience will be rewarded on this one.

Test Accuracy......this is a bit of an irrelevant question when you are talking about home testing kits imo.

People will be the failure of this and not the kits themselves.

Hundreds of car accidents up and down the country every single day and how many are due to a mechanical fault.....around 0.001%! It's mostly always human error.

The test kits for home should obviously be as accurate as possible but human error in using them properly will be the major contributing factor in determining their success rate.

"WHO" have discovered a new strain of the virus which is mutating......very unwanted, turns up in places it shouldn't be, hangs around and lingers for apparently no reason at all, it is a real concern for the vulnerable however most people who catch it will shake it off without any side effects....they are going to call it DubleD.

The "rampers" could also be referred to as "investors" and as such have a vested interest in this company.....hence highly motivated in extolling the positives surrounding ODX.

They regularly visit this BB and contribute as there is a genuine interest and also have skin in the game.

De-Rampers like DD however are a strange sad breed, claiming to be guardians trying to save us from impending disaster. No I don't buy that at all and when this share does get going you all conveniently disappear to another BB for another company and repeat your sad negative sentiment trying to spread confusion and contention and doubt. You are actually like a virus really, unwanted and disliked but refusing to disappear whilst the SP treads water.

Boris just stated LFT is down to the MHRA to approve and he claims it is down to them and he ain't getting involved and he states it would be wrong for him to superimpose his views onto MHRA.

LeVoyage.....I have no issue with folks having a different opinion to me....constructive debate is healthy imo.

So please follow your own advice and heavy short ODX on Monday......and since you sound so confident that impending doom for ODX is not far off..... I suggest really heavy short.

This drop is not solely down to the vaccine news. This SP had dropped from 109p to 72p prior to this vaccine news....that's a big drop. It has since dropped further after the vaccine news to today's 50p area.

Massive volumes coming onto the market for sale by Sneller and L&G was the main culprit for the start of the decline imo....far to much supply and not enough demand.

The vaccine news was a kick in the nads and simply added to the negative downward momentum that was already underway.

I think there may be a few charities (Sneller's gifts) offloading currently which isn't helping the SP, however it does seem to have stabilized and positive news regarding orders will pull this SP back up.

I tell you what is very very sad.....someone coming onto a board and taking an interest in a stock they clearly have no vested interest in and continually posting comments on that board. It's like an unwanted itch down below.

Just to add......and this is actually a very sad fact. Unfortunately we do not have to worry that we have missed the boat and other companies/products are getting a jump on ODX. This dreadful disease will be a global problem for years to come..... unfortunately it ain't going away and testing will become a part of life. If you asked me in 2019 that we would be all wearing masks in 2020 I would have laughed at how ridiculous that suggestion was.....and look at us all now.

The SP will do very little without volume and the volume in ODX is simply not there currently. On the plus side it seems to have found it's current natural level which has stopped the decline. I think we are now forming a solid support to move up from.

I think the bulk of us on this board are expecting fireworks but the longer the lack of "official" news regarding orders continue the longer we will simply drift and tread water.

Positive RNS/sentiment will change this very quickly. It's pointless checking out buys vs sells when there is simply no volume, plus I wouldn't trust the buy/sell data anyway.

It is pointless checking out other companies who are not connected with ODX who are securing contracts....this will merely show the demand and appetite for testing is there but we already know this.

It is pointless checking tenders and speculating if we are in the mix for these tenders....it's like speculating what you may get for Christmas......just wait for Christmas Day and open your presents and react accordingly (Elation or disappointment). The issue here is that our Christmas Day is an unknown date!

I am confident ODX will attract the big guys once the orders start to flow and it does require volume to get this SP where we all believe it should be.

My personal frustration is that I got in too high and averaged down too quickly. I wish I had funds available to buy at these prices and I am angry with myself that I didn't time my entry better. I really never saw this SP falling so far so quickly but the reverse can happen just as swiftly, if not quicker. I honestly believe the drop had nothing at all to do with the fundamentals of the company which remain strong.

I won't be making the same mistake with my exit.

Buy or hold and wait for the news....which will increase volume.......which will get this SP where it should be.

There are too many posters who keep predicting that "tomorrow" or "later today" or "next week" there will be a positive RNS.

When it don't happen and the SP is as flat as a witches t*t it breeds a negative vibe.

"Patience" is always getting mentioned and you have either got it or you don't. If you think waiting a day, or a week or even a month is demonstrating patience then it simply ain't. The issue here is that many of us have been onboard from much higher SP levels and that is naturally compounding the issue and our natural tolerance levels are being tested as we are anxious to recover and get back to those levels sooner rather than later.

My concern isn't that this share will not go up again, as it will. My issue is that folks will bail far too early during the next rise as their patience will be shot and they will be happy to just lessen their loss or simply recover their stake. The longer it takes to get back up to previous levels then the greater the chance you will bail too early....it's simply human nature.

RNS will be announced at some point and nobody honestly knows when. This share will get going again but when that will be is an unknown. We are in the eye of the storm as far as Covid is concerned so we can safely assume good news will start flowing at some point.....and the SP will mirror the news accordingly.

We seem to expect big news on a Daily basis MrIndia......which seems to lead to instant frustration when it don't land.

I think it would be better to say we "hope" for some big news next week but as for "expecting" it.....well that can lead to disappointment should it not arrive.

I think Colin mentioning an early Christmas gift in one of his presentations has placed us all in anticipation mode.

MattRempit, Yes we should be making money....... OR securing orders/contracts to make money.

I want the SP to go up like most people here, the quicker the better, and I think everyone is in agreement that this will happen by securing sales which produces revenue.

What's your time frame and how is your tolerance levels? How is your confidence that it will happen? Are you still in or out? Topping up at these low levels or out of ammo?

We speculate and talk about all the possibilities on this BB because at present we have nothing solid to get our teeth into. Information, and I mean real factual information is how we assess our position, how we gauge our tolerance levels and patience. I simply feel that reminding everyone of "facts" which are very relevant and could give insight into what is round the corner is worth discussing and reminding everyone about.
