There is a lot of conspiracy theories about the MM's and tales about their shenanigans and though I am inherently cynical, I do believe they simply need a volume flow to make money mainly through volume of trades plus the size of the spread.

I have mentioned it before but still maintain that huge volumes were offloaded in ODX (not due to the fundamentals in the company changing) which meant supply overpowered demand and this exacerbated the fall. That seems to be out of the system now and this ship has steadied however it needs the reverse to happen (demand outweighing supply) to get this back up again.

This will come through increased interest in ODX via positive news flow. It already is happening now and again with these sharp spikes due to tweets which are not sustained as there is never a follow up confirmation RNS.

When the RNS's do start dropping in then demand will increase but the SP is a simple moving target and as we all know timing can be critical. By the time the news is out there it's always too late to benefit from the lower prices which means in anticipation a speculative preemptive strike is required to secure the lower prices.

Why is ODX worth 57p today?
Answer.......because that is what the MM's are valuing it at!
Just like the MM's valued NCYT at 1,194p on 23rd Oct, 840p on 28th Oct, 1,050p on 6th Nov, 702p on 9th Nov & 995p today.

I think it is because it is a market place and shares rise and fall.....in short they fluctuate, and when it gets volatile they fluctuate a lot! News & sentiment are usually the drivers.

You could ask why was ODX worth £1.20 early October? Was it in much better shape back then? Not many people pose that question when the share is on an upward trend but it is still relevant. The reason it was £1.20 back then is because that's what the MM's were valuing it back then and shares were being exchanged at that level back then.

Now if you need to offload soon I get the frustration.....any "T" traders out there need the SP to move upwards, and quick about it. I am confident it will move upwards but we cannot control the "when". On a "T" trade you haven't got the benefit of patience as the clock is running.

A true investor however hasn't got the constraints of being time bound and usually does not need to access their money. It is those patient investors who will be rewarded with this share. I admit I would like this to start trickling north, not bothered about the speed of the incline but would like the direction to be a steady upward one.

Shareholders obviously think there is value in this SP and believe this value will be realized in a significant increase in the SP. I am one of those people.

Ramping on a BB won't lift this share and neither will leaked tweets. Small PI sales won't effect the SP much imo. Only sales and secured contracts will create the activity and volume levels that will have the effect that I am waiting for. I am confident this is just around the corner.....yes jam tomorrow, and lots of it. My only true focus is on my exit price. Sooner rather than later is good but not essential. I will sell at my exit price whenever it is hit....Easter, Summer, next year if necessary.....the market will decide, not me. Keep the faith & I won't be closing out sub £2.00.

What we know is it warfare against any virus, but C19 can be deadly, and apart from some cynical conspiracy theories about China, it's basically the world vs this virus!

This is with us long term......this is GLOBAL with GLOBAL demands. This virus has not been off the news for 12 months and there won't be any news coverage on any channel over the coming 12 months when C19 won't be mentioned at least 20 times. If anything it is getting worse and the coverage is intensifying!

Given this as a backdrop I am more than happy to invest in a company making strides to get on top of this virus by developing tests. Yes ODX are not a one trick pony but let's face it we are expecting fireworks over the coming months due to their C19 offerings.

C19 unfortunately is not going away any time soon.....that's the grim reality of this. The positive news is that we will get on top of it eventually with testing and vaccines as these are the main weapons in this warfare against this virus.

Yes we generally don't test for flu....but it ain't a killer and as contagious like C19 is.

We are already aware of this huge roll out Nationwide but I am a key worker for a Local Authority and we have all been informed about the below.....note this testing site only opened yesterday.

Lateral Flow Technology (LFT) Testing sites are being established to provide quick test results for selected staff groups. Staff carrying out Covid Business Compliance are one such group.

We know that up to one in four people who have coronavirus never show any symptoms but that does not mean they are not infectious. So, these tests are trying to find people who may have no symptoms but are carrying the virus to keep you and those you work with safe.

What is LFT Testing? LFT Testing is a method for asymptomatic individuals to use a long cotton swab to collect samples of saliva and nasal mucus from themselves and pass it to a testing assistant. The swab is then subject to the addition of a reactive agent and tested on site with results known in 30 minutes. No clinical experience is required to perform the swabbing by the individual subject or by those staff assisting in the process. This test only tells you if you have the coronavirus at the time of taking the test. It does not tell you if you have ever had coronavirus in the past.

Key information:

· LFT testing through these sites is voluntary.

· This form of testing is for people who do NOT have any symptoms of coronavirus (asymptomatic).

· If you have any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) then you must not come to your appointment. You should instead get a free NHS test to check if you have coronavirus

· Appointments must not be booked if you have had a positive PCR test (where the sample is processed in a laboratory) result for coronavirus in the last 90 days.

· Testing is by appointment only. Once a location is picked an easy to use calendar will display available spaces.

· Appointments last 15 minutes.

· Testing sites will open from Tuesday 12th January 2021.

Therefore they have an insignificant minuscule presence in the market.

Too much speculation really.

You could sell 10,000 tests at a 1p profit per test.
You may only sell 200 tests at a 50p profit per test.

You would naturally think it's fantastic to sell 10K tests and pretty poor to only sell 200 tests but due to the profit margins and mark up the latter scenario is the better one for the bottom line.

This is just one factor in many variables to consider how profit is made......far too many to second guess imo.

Selling all you can make is the first positive.....the other piece of this puzzle is how much profit per "every" test they sell.

It is hard to predict numbers but my ball park estimate is £1.00 at Easter and £2.00 at year end.

RNS announcements will increase trading volume which will move the SP north however my two periods that I have chosen for my forecast are linked to ODX full year (April) and Interim (Oct) results. These two events will happen, unlike RNS releases which are random and intermittent, and I feel they will be very very positive.

LIsten to the october presentation. It says UKRTC antibody tests will be rolled out alongside vaccines after april. It will be all about Antigen first and getting production up to speed imho. Just need some more patience.

Totally agree patience is the key....however what we are discovering is that the governments plan changes on a daily basis dictated by the virus changing and mutating, and the data which clearly shows this second spike is more aggressive than the first. Peoples attitudes and their behaviour also plays a massive part in the decision making. In short what was on the cards three months ago may have changed.

What is for sure is the demand is actually increasing and the requirement for testing is more urgent than it was last October. I reckon the government will be looking to expedite their plans and the already stretched budget will be increased in order to accommodate this national/global emergency.

There is a strong synergy between vaccines and testing........ imo each one requires the other.
The more vaccines the better imo......it should not hamper ODX once the penny drops.
Too much demand for testing globally to be concerned about "competitors" or "missing the boat" as the market place is vast and the need for testing will be there for years.

Absolutely correct. Great thing is we will find out, and relatively speaking, it won't be too long before we see who is correct.
I do note however you have gone from a prediction of low 30's/40's to high 40's to hedge your initial prediction a little.
