Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Looking at the buys/sells ratio and amounts over past two days and the unwarranted drop in SP, this should bounce nicely from here.
Regaining confidence.. back to the 20p+
Nice and steady rise back to 12p+
Looking positive!

There can’t be many investors willing to sell this share at these levels, buyers only from here.
I’m in for £2500.. too cheap at these levels IMO
Which is 165% up from our exit price, yet no one is even willing to fill that buy order yet. I think that speaks for itself.
Hardly anyone willing to sell their shares sub 10p. Buyers will have to cough up to jump on board here.
Confirmation from SPMP that plant is likely to hit full capacity by December 2021.
Good luck at getting your shares itslikeacasino, solid investment in my opinion. However, I do believe our first auction will close at 6p+ as most of us are holding long term on or looking to top up also.
We are currently running at over 50% capacity, SPMP has a planned shut down for June 2021 then they “plan to ramp up to 100%”
I haven’t heard any news about Worsley carrying out any work, where is this info from?
I believe SPMP will likely become a public share, we either receive share percentage conversion into this company or we are handed a cash buyout. (One that Odey agrees fair value.)
Value will be an easy 40p+ within 12 months in my opinion, Hold tight.
Odey will only buy our shares straight away if he is looking to sell his holding to a buyer at a sizeable profit. (We win straight away.)
If Odey is looking to maintain the SPMP plant as a profitable asset, which he owns 56.99% of TSTR and has full control there is no rush for him to own the remaining shares (although new private investors are likely to want to come on board increasing the risk of a rise of share price) as he can take over all shares at any time at a fair price (hopefully).
Odey may well buy all shares from investors that want a quick sell straight away that are willing to sell for sub 5p, collecting as many cheap shares before he pays a premium for the remaining holders shares.
There’s also a chance Odey will remain just owning a 56-99% of TSTR without owning the whole company which all remaining holders would benefit significantly from dividends payments and massive buy out offers for third parties in the future.
I think the key here is to hold and try to forget for 6-24 months.
I haven’t joined yet, will have request to join.
What ever the bids are within the next 3 months I’m sure I will be declining, unless we have the take over big I am obliged to accept.
The way I understand, I can tell H&L to sell my shares at x amount that I decide, if they find a buyer at my x amount through Assetmatch it will be accepted and the trade is completed.
If the buyer for x amount is not found I will retain my shares and continue to wait/receive dividends/take over bid.
Assetmatch will also keep us updated of the offers/bids received to give us an indication of what our shares are currently worth.
All seems perfectly fine to me, Asset match seem brilliant also at replying to emails/answering phone.
Detailed email response from Assetmatch..
Thank you for your email.
Asset Match is due to operate the marketplace to buy and sell shares in Tri-Star Resources. We expect to run a quarterly auction calendar in the shares with the first auction commencing today. Closing date TBC.
Please find below the link to the dedicated Tri-Star auction page:
Tri-Star Resources plc
All buy and sell orders have to be submitted through a UK stockbroker that is setup to deal on our platform.
Please note that successful transactions are charged a minimum commission of £20 per trade or 3% of the total consideration (whatever the greater).
I would first suggest registering on our platform and having a look at some of the other companies we run auctions for, so you can get an idea of how they operate.
Hargreaves Lansdown is setup on our platform, but they have restricted instructions to sell only. So if you just want to do that, then you just need to contact their dealing team. Your sell order will need to have the number of shares and the minimum price per share you are willing to accept for the shares.
If you are looking to buy and sell shares in any of the companies on our platform, it would be suggested that you setup an account with shareDeal Active (Jarvis Investment Management). You can do this online or you can call 01892 700800.
We are setting up a distribution list for Tri-Star auctions and company updates, which is the easiest way to keep up-to-date with what is happening. Would you like to be added to that?
If you have any other questions, let me know.

I also agree with staylong.
The key now is to decline any low offers we have to begin with, I believe we will receive a cash alternative tomorrow or take shares in asset management.
I’ll be keeping my shares. Target of 42p for me here.
Great post from another board..
dr rosso: AssetMatch signed up to create a market for future exchanges of shares. The whole situation looks like a set-up. Delist drives away pis at knockdown price. Somebody is scooping up those shares and has got them for next to nothing. On a fully functioning roaster, someone is going to be offering 50p+ through this new exchange facility to buy out whoever is holding after delist. Imo. The Omanis will want that 16% stake, have no doubt. Topped up today using HL, regardless of the outcome of Equiniti error.
How would a offer of sub 2p be justified/accepted?
As per my email confirmation yesterday from the director or SPMP which confirmed the plant was expected to be running at 100% capacity in 6-12 months. (Already confirmed commercial grade produced and running at around 50-90%) And you believe our percentage will be diluted from 16-0% to justify this?
IMO to start with we will receive either a low offer for
Our shares or have the option to sell in the asset match facility.
I will be declining any low ‘offer’ unless it is a buy out of all shares where I have no choice, I expect any buy out to be 10p+ with more then one buy offer.
Why anyone would not want to take this chance baffles me. It’s risk free at sub 2p. Just look at the buy/sell ratio.
Honestly, what’s the worst that could happen.
Buy/hold.
I’m out..
for the day.. I’ll see all you holders tomorrow.
Hold.
