Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
Then why are you here mimbo?
If you can’t see the potential of a 16.3% stake in a super plant with the potential to be a world leader in the minerals processing industry.
TSTR was valued much higher then 3p per share and that was before the plant was even finished.
The plant is finished currently working at 50% and will be working to full 100% capacity before March 2021.
Last month we was trading at 30p+ a share, nothing has changed the fundamentals are still the same.
What ever happens I will be holding my shares for my stake in the 16.3% plant which is highly likely to have a take over bid in the near future.
Please explain how you value TSTR’s stake of 16.3% in a company that has invested £150m+ to get to where it is today?
Just curious to how many people on here are actually in for the long haul. Please recommend this message.
Adrian Collins, Chairman of Tri-Star commented: “I am aware that this may not be the outcome that some shareholders had envisaged, but I do believe that we will have a liquidity event in the foreseeable future and I hope this will give shareholders the opportunity to either receive a cash payment or shares in a listed SPMP.
I bet Adrian’s laughing at the current share price thinking he will only have to offer around 10p for our shares worth 30p+
More info on Freshwater UK’s buyout, 95% of holder accepted!.. looking forward to seeing what our offer will be! https://www.cattaneo.co.uk/2019/02/11/recommended-cash-and-share-offer-for-freshwater-uk-plc-by-raglan-house-holdings/
Take a look at Freshwater UK, this company de listed last year at 6.5p then had a cash offer buyout of 12p for remaining holders.
Hope this settles some nerves.
I think we will exit at 10p+ here anyway, now all the panic sellers are done.
I’m sure there are some big trades being filled off the book, watch out for the late trades this evening!
Agreed!.. I don’t understand why people are so afraid of the company not being listed on AIM. The company saves money. Shareholders will still own exactly the same percentage of the company as we do now. Also the fact we are more then likely going to be afford a substantial buy out price for our shares anyway. Fundamentals do not lie.
Don’t mind me just topping up here few £1000 trades for me.
The fundamentals here haven’t changed since 30p+ just the company will be saving mass amounts of money/time by not being on AIM..
Exactly. In my opinion there will be fireworks here before the delisting with huge buys for these cheap shares so they won’t have to pay a premium at a later date. Someone is buying in the background here, this company isn’t exactly going bust!
Hold and enjoy the ride!
So Strategic & Precious Metals Processing are working to full potential news expected to realised of this before March 2021. TSTR know how much this company is worth and they want the massive profits all to them selves IMO scaring private investors out of there shares they know the shares here are worth much more then 4p. Don’t give up your shares cheap, it’s all a game.

Worth a watch for anyone unsure of how a de listing works.
So we was told when this share was 30p+ it was for the best interest of the shareholders that TSTR was to be delisted from AIM.. we now have confirmation of the delist next week and the share price is under 4p.. absolute bargain IMO happy to hold and trying to add more here.
Buy out option will be 10p+, I’m sure an ‘option’ will be negotiable also. 35p please and you can have my shares the company obviously has plans to grow substantially not to mention the plant being expected to be working at full 100% by end Q1.

“I would like to thank our partners, the management team and our shareholders for their dedication, commitment and efforts during this difficult time.”
The cash payment offer has got to be 10p+ for our shares IMO.
Someone’s feeling confident with the £38k but from yesterday! Looking forward to tomorrow’s antics.
Happy to hold, watch this bounce.
Is this a threat from Odey? Threat that he will sell all of his shares if they don’t play by his rules...
This share is worth more then 10p+ If its trading on AIM or not.
Trains departing..
Are we able to listen/watch today’s AGM meeting?
