We haven’t had any confirmation RNS to say the demerger was completed. Now we are told due to the situation the funds are being reversed.

As the coal business demerger hasn’t been completed, this would make me believe not just the existing shareholders prior to the 14th Feb are entitled but all current share holders are entitled to the funds given back to the market value.

It has never been confirmed to us that the demerger had been completed.

The demerger of EVRAZ' coal business is expected to complete in late March 2022…

So the demerger hadn't actually been completed either. More reason to believe this is literally returning the funds to the share price.

I agree I’m open minded here but why would they be adding £1.88 to the share price and if this is deemed as value £0 as some are saying.. what happens to the shareholders that was supposed to be getting shares in the Russian company that isn’t happening now, they get £0 and zero shares?

The coal assets are being added back to be included into EVR share price.. previously valued at £1.88 of the total market value at the time it was announced, what the market makers value the coal assets in today’s price is anyone’s guess.

lthcine.. this would be the logical and fair way to do it, as why should new share holders benefit from an asset being returned they didn’t originally invest in. However, that’s not what he notice says..

Lodan1.. I can’t understand it any other way! Existing shareholders prior to 14th of February was going to benefit in new shares with the Russian company. Now they are not receiving these and the asset is being given back adding £1.88 to share price. However the market makers will reduce this no doubt.

We’re being given back an asset that shareholders had to pay the price for back on 14th February with a reduction in share price.. the asset valued at the time of £1.88 to our share price is being transferred back.

The £1.88 is being reverted and put back into our share price.. however our share price has reduced around 8 times then it was on 14th February. I would expect the market makers will reduce the additional £1.88 given back by around 8 also adding around 23p to the price. Share holders that bought this share prairie to the 14th February was being given shares in the Russian company, now they are not. Benefiting new share holders from 14th February.

Unless I am miss understanding something..

The way I see it.. There’s a big seller/sellers that need to get out for what ever political reason, meaning market makers have a lot more shares to sell.. this doesn’t mean the company is worth any less fundamentally and has given us shareholders the chance get to buy these premium shares for a discounted price.

The company is solid fundamentally and is obviously worth much more then current market price.

This invasion (not a war) won’t last for ever and neither will any sanctions (unlikely to effect us anyway).

I feel an RNS in coming..

MM bringing the share price down to fill huge orders for the filthy rich. Just the way of the world I guess.

The buys massively out weigh the sells here. Market manipulation and the scare tactics used by the media.

The fact that our Directors and Officers have not sold a single share even when this was 35p+ makes me confident to hold here.

Eurasia have confirmed nothing has changed, the liquidity event could happen any day now.
