I was never expecting a waiver anyway, a route around the sanctions with a third party however..

The risk/reward here still warrants a share price of 4p+. 2p is far too low.

This gets resolved by our advisers.. this is the beginning of the negotiation period. Plenty more swings to come here / buyout pending or sanctions dropped in near future IMO.

Well it looks like the MM want our shares but don’t want us to have theirs. Hold tight.

I can’t see this going lower then 2p short term as people will want in for this multi bagger opportunity and reward favours the risk/reward at the current SP level. I think we will sit around 3.6p this week after the long weekend for investors to realise what’s on offer here. We need to detach from the UK and a buyout will do this easily at what price who knows but it’s sure to be well about 5p..

I am expecting a positive update nevertheless.

POG is worth more to a Russian/foreign owner then it is currently worth to a UK owner.. it makes sense to sell and get rid of the UK and it’s sanctions.

POG is currently in charge of how much the sale value is it’s not been passed to administration or a third party to process the sale.

However a quick sale is needed in my opinion to prevent the risk of administration. Administration would happen more June time when May debts haven’t been able to be paid.

Sanctions could also be lifted at any time or a ceasefire.

I wouldn’t like to guess a buy out price as it is literally how much someone is willing to pay.

Let’s not forget this is not micro start up AIM company this was in the top 250.

I’m personally expecting fireworks over the next couple of weeks.

So POG is for sale..

POG is a mass producer of gold which is literally sitting on a gold mine.

Now the option is here, you really think there will just be 1 or 2 bidders wanting to buy this company that’s maket value is currently less then £100m?

There will be more then 10+ bidders wanting to own this company.

You could make money on the way up trying to short the swings as it will be volatile, but I feel the risk of being caught out now is too high. It’s time to be patient for a week or two..

Short term I couldn’t care less if it’s 2p, 3p or 4p.. I’m happy with my holding, someone wake me up at 7p+ Please, thank you.

This share rises by 100%+ in a day.. with such a small market cap any news will move the SP north again. This company is obviously worth more then £150m, hold tight and ignore the noise.

How does that not make sense. The market makers have sold 50% or more shares then sold over the last 8 days trading.. These shares have had to come from somewhere and I’m guessing they’ve held onto a load of shares previously prior to the last 8 or so days of trading. Which is why I presume they must be running low.

The only plausible reason the share price has dropped each day when looking at the buy/sell ratios has to be that the Market Makers has had/have reserved shares.. they must be running low now.

There’s no denying this is a premium share, investors buying in at £200k+ are not buying to loose money or with zero knowledge.

There will be investors more in the know then others, follow the money.

The more I research Petrozavodsk the more I believe a buyout will take place in the foreseeable. Even at £500m this company is a bargain. Petrozavodsk doesn’t need to be attached to the UK and gold is always in demand. I’m happy to hold onto my shares here, I won’t be joining any panic sellers. The fundamentals/assets of a business are worth the hold for me.

SHOCK.. as if by magic.. there’s a £200k buy shown up it’s as if the market makers knew.

Dropped to 2.95p in the last few seconds..

If another big buy has been filled for over £150k+ at 2.95p I’m quitting this trading life. Market makers games are ridiculous.
