Tarana are massively bullish about their product and the immediate market opportunity. They have raised $60m to roll it out and that buys a lot of rapid progress. I think that Ethernity will have to move quickly to secure manufacturing capacity as these numbers will escalate quickly. Clearly the $500k pencilled for this year will be smashed.

Dallo this is a exclusive product with a well placed and motivated OEM with global ambitions. Yes as always it starts small but this isn't a small deal over 5 years this could easily produce much more than the current market cap with very little work or investment from Ethernity. These background income products are part of the fabric of the company and are where the strength are.
I really like this deal, it's outgrown expectation in 5 months and will do again and again.

Interesting that Tarana are also in India. This solution is perfect for areas of immature infrastructure. I guess given the built in India Telecom requirements Ethernity can manufacture using the contracted Indian OEM if that became an issue.

The big question is.... This news is it worthy of a video to explain the figures are but the start of a new market for Ethernity that's absolutely for nothing in the share price. A deal pre IPO that they have wrangled to commercial deployment and now they are receiving firm component orders. This is Tarana’s frontline product they have designed from a blank page with an assist from Ethernity. The sales model for Ethernity is rinse and repeat. Sales will flow through third parties and OEMs.

They are not ACEnic-100. It is a solution based on a fpga. This is code on a cheap easy to acquire fpga. Fpga is the processor within ACEnic-100. This is not configured as ACEnic-100 as it does a very different task. Margins will be high on this product.

Certainly it is well above the forecast and we can expect the rolling orders to increase at a pace. Meanwhile 5G looms in China. I wonder what happens when following field trials China moves to mass deployment and orders start to flow. This SoC can be on Ethernity hardware or not so a mix of revenue. The SoC will have very high margins.

We could see fiber to home providers switching quickly and orders increasing exponentially.
