I think even if one aspect say the DU delivers it will be $20m 2022. Deployments are 2022 with rapid completion. Tarana minimum $5m UEP already $2.5m several others with cashflow predicted. Then 5G China, aceNIC 100 in China with an OEM. SE Asia Telecom OEM. Joint product with Tieto with clients engaged.
$20m is disaster territory in my opinion.

I don't see a buyout as an option for the IP as the market simply is not built like that.
A buy out as a near term profit making business possibly but I think that Ethernity is about a few key individuals and how could they keep them

Right now £1.50 a share would still look cheap. The last few weeks have been illiquid but generally it's much more liquid now with more shares from 5G IF feeding..
This is a long term share and I believe that it will be £5 in 2 years. Once sales start all will become clear and $6m this year will grow massively next year. H2 I believe on a raw cash basis they will be covering the bills.

I don't think that's the case. No news leads to stagnation then decline. That's where we are now. No news nothing to rerate on.
It's very simple really. Ethernity can't jump from 40p to £2 on one piece of random news. There needs to be sustained anticipated newsflow to support the share price whilst 5G IF unload. They are holding the momentum down and that needs to be broken. They can't sell any at the moment.

Interims September and herein lies the problem.
After that they need a reason like December that was all about the warrants.

Fairview not until the Server Vendors are contracted to a ecosystem like Dell to Dish. Then Ethernity need to be contracted to the vendor which they must be.
I suspect that Dell is one but it means nothing without disclosure. It certainly isn't industry sensitive.

I think that it's in all our interest to report all news good bad and ugly.
Sorry if it's difficult to do but that's their job and most others manage.
I can't believe that any shareholder would think releasing regular updates is a bad idea. The purpose of this business is to provide value for shareholders. They have to communicate more effectively.
Covid excuses are just nonsense.

I don't think that I suggested anything about talking up anything. Merely not releasing all the updates in one chunk under the heading of Final Results.
Every 3 months under the heading Quarterly update would mean that new agencies actually report the update not the final results loss or profit which is almost irrelevant.
It would also help the market maintain a balanced view on expectation of news flow.

Whenever I have exchanged emails with Mark or David they copy eachother in.
It's not the volume of news but the unpredictable nature of release that's the issue. Also the final results and interims close together gives a 8-9 month period of darkness. In a fast moving industry as this is becoming we should be getting updates quarterly as a minimum with immediate release news in between.
The newsletter and blogs just don't have reach.

The most effective way is to contact Mark and tell him. I have and he hides behind the need for careful compliance. Quite frankly at listing there's the compliance conversation and beyond there's nothing to back it up. Most of the AIM manages to break news up into digestible chunks so why does Ethernity insist on vomiting months of work into a mandatory release that nobody except current shareholders will read
The shares press reports "widening loss" as if it has any relevance. They don't report the achievements of the period.

I think that the major factor missing is a workable news strategy. Months and months of nothing is a real problem. Losing positive developments within financial reports is never going to attract attention. If they want the share price to reflect their hard work then they need to update the market well beyond the shady minimum requirements of the AIM.
Mark always hides behind compliance requirements. That really is nonsense they need to look at the AIM and understand the Circus they are in.

The DU growth will be rapid. Dish has a very tight schedule and Ethernity will supply thousands of DU units in 2022.
I am very excited by the DU the UEP and the flow processor SoC sales. All are coming together simultaneously and that's why Ethernity will offload the DU mass production work as they simply don't have capacity as these are going to be huge sales.

They will get out their cheque book for sure. I think that Dell are one of the Server Vendors. I think that they will need more than 20000 DU servers. I suspect that the DU solution will be $2000-6000 a pop initial spend then ongoing royalties.
Ethernity may outsource the hardware side which will be about half the spend.
Clearly this is a huge deal for tiny Ethernity and they will repeat this many times over.

Fairview that is exactly what is happening. 3 major server vendors are doing just that.
It confirms my understanding and Ethernitys unique place in the process.
I believe that Xlinix will produce a DU FPGA to Ethernity spec and Ethernity will add the magic to it. The DU volume requirements will be in the 10's thousands units initially and the Ethernity part will be very high margin. I also believe that we'll see an engagement payment around $2m for each of the 3 contracts.
Not all SmartNIC are actually that smart. ASICs and FPGA NIC will both be required. In fact the Ethernity DU solution Will effectively become ASIC like as each ecosystem faces the same challenges and Ethernity are absolutely alone here .

I think much goes on in the background and they have to kiss a few frogs but some like Tarana do deliver. Eventual sizes are difficult to guess and the company rarely do.
It's apparent that Ethernity are in demand, true frog magnets at the moment. However it takes time for that to reach cheque book time and really that's where we are now.
I am not unhappy, I think that £1.50 wouldn't look unreasonable now but recovery is one step at a time.

News is coming. The company are busy, the market for Ethernity is opening and they sit waiting with the smell of hot cakes wafting through the industry. Ethernity will sell big on several different flavours. Some will order special decoration but most will want the muffins.

A few names for the short list of Indian OEMs. We know that Ethernity are partnered with one Indian OEM for a UEP product with a global supply agreement.
I think that it is TM but there is really very little to go on at the moment.
