Thanks for your work on that. Positive cash flow from January is a super rapid ramp up. 9/10 mtpa in 12 months is a huge ask but as we know Alberto under promises and over delivers. We can expect a large resource upgrade no doubt. I am interested in the close by exploration potential.

The 3 largest shareholders agreed not to participate so that equates to a very well supported offer. The average is something like 1:10 not 1:20.

I suspect some of the institutional placing will be short term retail and we will get some liquidity from there. The open offer is such a tiny amount when you consider how many are actually available to private investors. Certainly not more than a couple of million pounds worth. I certainly will not be selling mine short term.

why would you vote against the Institutional placing. It is there to diversify the shareholder base. I think the ii portion should have been much larger as liquidity will be a real issue moving forwards. Hopefully some of the ii portion will be retail.

I hope to get 10-15% of what I asked for which is 100-150k. I wonder how many people will end up buying on the market at higher prices once the funds are credited back on Tuesday.

An insignificant purchase as part of the oversubscribed placing. Liquidity is going to be a real challenge as this share price increases. If we are going to get a sustainable re-rating rather than ugly spikes then we will need fuel for the buyers. I hope all the placing shares are released on to the market into the rise as demand will be high. I don't think we have long to wait, the deadline has now expired and no doubt the open offer was oversubscribed and scaled back. There is no way to buy now except on the market.

When I enquired about the off takes I was told that there was no discount to market price. It is normal to pay by lbs produced at the smelter or refinery not by the ton of concentrate because of the variables with grade and penalty by products. The only question is who pays to truck to the port or smelter. The value in the off take for the partners is the location and guarantee of supply. Copper supply will get tight over the next 15 years.

Being copper production at $2.59 lb. Not a problem for PRT although obviously we would be much happier at $3lb or more.

I suspect it has something to do with the dire copper price. Of course it is unsustainable at the current price. Emed need it back up over the next 4-6 weeks.

Is looking very painful. We need a swift turnaround for substantial value to be added. Low copper prices caps near term potential at 10-15p in my opinion.

I feel that anyone who ignores the obvious and doesn't consider their investment on a daily basis deserves to be worse off. This is not an invest and forget deal, diligence is important and failure will be punished. Look at the chart there were many opportunities to exit when the trend was established. Long term holders will get their cash back but I don't think they deserve it.

Of course you can vote against the finance package if you so inclined but why would you. The deal is a good one for all concerned. The money may notionally form part of the contingency but that doesn't mean it won't be needed.

The extra shares will not cause the share price to decline. The dilution is in exchange for cash and is already in the price as required to pay for the restart. The new shares will make virtually no difference as they are not going to liquid holders so will not be sold for an instant profit. After working so hard to secure the shares the 4 will not be selling. This share price is only going one way.

I certainly see 20p equivalent as very likely 18 months for now. I am in no hurry. I will be replacing my boat this winter and I had intended to call her Emed of Mgarr but that may have to wait a bit longer. I am sure she will wait for me.

Existing shareholders could have bought right down to 3.25p so how can it be good value to offer at 4.75p. The 3 major investors all of whom are invested at much higher levels are having to pay 4.75p a share. Onions is just too stupid to see what has actually happened here. The LTH have been saved from a complete loss and now stand a very good chance of recovering their stake; not that they deserve it.

Where does the 3.4m left come from. The open offer does not close to nominees until the 16th or 17th so we do not know what will be left over. There definitely will be some available as some will not take their open offer; I doubt it will be many but not everybody will ask for additional shares. The scale back will likely depend on how many you ask for so I have asked for loads, placed the cash and I hope to get 10-15% of what I want.
