The US client will need to either launch a new product or a new version of a existing product. At that point everyone will know about it. Reality is that David didn't need to say it was in the US.
I see this morning that participants of MWC are cancelling for health fears.

I received a reply from the company who said that they don't update the market outside of regulatory requirements as it will inform the competition where they are with whom.
I asked about the fitBNG that gets no mention on Fiberhome own website. I asked about the fpga delivered to the Korean server manufacturer over a year ago. I asked about the US deal with the large upfront payment. No answer to those.
The server manufacturer could be selling many creating huge revenues from royalty but we won't know anything until full year results where we may get a forward looking suggestion.
My concern is that David has given information on Proactive and in other interviews. They are out there and must be accountable. MWC may well produce another such interview. Long ago the market was "going crazy for our solution" and choosing ethernity over Intel as our solution is better.
Is this just ego talk? I suspect that deals are made by our company without the market being informed under the veil or illusion of industry sensitivity.

Ethernity and Wind River were collaborating on the titanium cloud virtualisation and acceleration using the ACE-NIC100. Although the ACE-NIC100 can be used in multiple environments the Telco Cloud is where Ethernity specialise, Titanium is the high end of that.
The ethernity solution is so fluid that it can even be used with third party fpga.

I think that we all know that they don't release the information. Fiberhome a classic. Media release no rns, price jumps 40% and they are forced to release by rns. There are many examples

I wouldn't be surprised to see a new Ethernity product or alliance as we have seen before. However history tells us that we'll probably never hear another thing about it once the event is over.
Ethernity announced a major deal with a unnamed Korean server manufacturer/retailer then we have heard nothing about sales. A deal with fiberhome for a product that Hardy gets a mention on fiberhome site.
Long ago David said that the industry are going wild for Ethernity solutions. No evidence of that wild claim can be seen to date. A huge deal with a US vendor in a existing market was to be announced in 2019 with a substantial upfront payment. Nothing more ever mentioned.
In my opinion they need to update the market as guidance is very old now and deadlines have been missed. David talks a good picture of strong market position and demand for products but delivers no details and never updates the market.
Now either this is gross incompetence or poor attention to the basics of running a listed company.
I guess that the market does not know what to think hence the pathetic share performance.
I believe that the whole sector will be lifted in the near term and Ethernity will soon be multiple £'s despite the poor running of the company.

Poor Liquidity and no MM interest and this is what happens. The price bounces around on peanuts trades. News is needed then the MMs will not be able to meet demand. I can see a run to 100p on the US news with €1.5m contract payment. It will eliminate immediate dilution fears and will show real uptake in a developed existing market.
Bizarrely though it will not represent anything of the future income potential despite significant royalty payments. The big money is still in the the immature pending market of mass Edge and community roll-out.

It has but it is not surprising, people can't see it, touch it, taste it or smell it. They don't understand it and why should they, even the industry doesn't fully understand how it will work. Really that's the beauty of Ethernity as they have made giant steps in the process simple.
It's always the same, people will wake up to it, there will be a gold rush and everything in the sector good, bad and ugly will go up. Guaranteed

I thought that 1-8 fir fpga would be a bit of a stretch but 1-16 doubles the fpga market. Ethernity have these solutions ready to go now.

In real terms even terms even the small buys more than offset that sell. It may be that they took it as some profit taking to be followed by more or some organised event. I don't think that they are paying attention as the information seems quite simple to me.
Liquidity I suspect is still very tight and will be challenged again very soon. This share is unsustainable at this level and must rise to form a market

Definitely a sell and we all know where they came from. We also know that it is a one off.

I made a small purchase too, but just because it is too low. If news of a corporate action has reached the market makers and they are holding the price back it will be a sad day for the aim.
If they are bringing in another institution for funds dilution will be hard to swallow for those in the IPO or up to 190p. At these levels most of us would not be diluted whilst the top 2 get a spanking. Not often that happens.

The below is from the results 6th September 2019 so the six month window closes in 5 weeks. In 21 weeks they have updated no progress. We have had no trading update stating unexpected events or difficulties.

Much depends on the recurring revenue for royalties. Certainly this year will show a much smaller deficit. Only a few months ago they said that they had sufficient funds to reach a cash positive situation and since we don't have any update we certainly should not have any funding issues.
The hype around the sector is huge and Ethernity are in a prime position to capitalise. The business model using third parties can create reporting issues and delays but with near zero ethernity investment the risk is small with multiple deals.
I suspect any corporate action will be a buyout
