Dallo yes that's investing for you. This funding has walked the share price down and I see no reason why it won't walk back up again. Many of the trades today are buys, I have bought 2 small chunks very close to the bid showing as sells.
Big news will be from China to the Q4 lab testing. They have named the companies involved so we can expect a detailed update. I think that it's fair to say that the industry is flying now in the east and we can expect Ethernity to land many bit parts and some complete system wins.

Trading agreed for once. It was the market that dragged the share price down or walked it down purely on the funding issue. It has also caused a news dam which I expect to see lifted now.
In reality why would they get a loan when they can offset the 130p shares.

They have been trying to draw sellers out this morning but mainly buys I think. Just very small support at 13p which has held all morning so many were actually buys.

Bid you can but nobody will as they will be at a 10p discount. Some may take and immediately sell but all will take for sure. This is where our much needed liquidity will come from to fuel the recovery.

Assuming the warrants are filled it will be £2.3 million or so. Clearly the placing with staged warrants avoids 13m shares at 12 and averages 17.5p. Not great but further funding is based upon reaching 30p then 40p which shows some intent at least. Should serve as a motivator.

Good to see Shore Capital as our 5th MM. I guess that they are on the back of the placing. Trades 13.3 and above are buys. My small buy at 13.34 was all I could get online.

Bid I asked about the compulsory nature of the warrants. It will be interesting to see what your broker says. I didn't get a straight answer but it appears that the warrants are contracted so once the trigger is hit Ethernity can demand payment. Considering that they will be at a 10p discount then why wouldn't you but I guess Ethernity will either serve notice or not depending on their finances.
Interesting conversations around Techtronics and the problem with vendors not wanting to upfront finance. It looks like Techtronics will act as a finance house for tier 2 vendors. We can expect sales there I think and payment on contract by Techtronics

It makes no difference when the shares are released the supply is very tight and will remain so.

Shear class no they can't as the Directors hold the aces and I know they won't be folding any time soon. The product is built but the virtual apps are really where the money is. The tech is patented and is out performing everybody. Ethernity will be inside many vendors kit and then the royalty gravy train starts to roll. These cards are $2000-3000 each. China for basic functions needs 130000+ then the real earner the virtual platforms. Ethernity have kit with the 3 main players in China under test Q4 mass deployment H2 2021.

Yes but that wouldn't help the Directors sat on 130p a share. That discount X would have ended up costing much more. Fiberhome could then have sold Ethernity off to the world's largest market at a cut price. Also you associate with Fiberhome you disassociate with the rest of the world

MMs will take all these shares to balance their books. A real coup for them.
