I did get the message from S Lunn. None of the content was fulfilled. PPP is now out of accounts time for the scheduled AGM? We need information and the Chairman should go

There really should be more information from the company by now. S Lunn advised me that , as a large shareholder, he fully understood the anxiety levels. He was hoping to make an announcement soon regarding the Company Secretary's engagement with the Auditors. That was 12TH NOVEMBER 2024

Tom Evans that is. I have previously given you my reasons for why S Lunn should not be Chairman going forwards. Zag politely requested that I don't repeat myself so I won't.

Return as replacement Chairman for Lunn?? I have just not seen that proposal but I certainly agree Lunn should go because IMO Lunn is not fit to Chair a progressive PPP PLC

The accounts performance has been terrible (Company Sec RIP). Any assurances by the incoming CEO were not forthcoming. With the appointment of Robert we surely need the other BOD clear out of the business is going to succeed to the benefit of existing shareholders
