My spouse and I - definite no no from us. No way SL gets increased control after this shareholders' lot.

Now voted no through II. Also written to PPP. Very unlikely indeed but I can go in to edit.

I will be voting no tomorrow. To press, I cannot see any merit whatsoever for voting in favour. I note the opportunity to subsequently edit my vote should there be any justified reason to do so.

An awful share experience. Good riddance.

I did receive a slightly more considerate response this morning.

Your emails have not gone unnoticed. and have been filed with the company.

I can assure you that there is an enormous amount of work being done by the whole Board to return the company to a trading position as soon as possible.

Updates will be announced via RNS to the market as a whole, when appropriate, to all shareholders and not to individuals to comply with LSE Rules as I am sure you are aware .

If that is the quality of PPP response to your communication I remain totally unimpressed. I have emailed Flagstaff's Mr Tim Thompson and the PPP Chairman to that effect.

No response or meaningful reply to emails from Lunn, Flagstaff or Westend since November 2024. IMO shambolic disgraceful treatment of existing shareholders.

Agree with the request for you to be working more with existing shareholders to try to sort the situation. All about the future with Robert as CEO rather than the difficulty of trying to pin the historical accounts mismanagement.

Ref deletions. May it possibly be that the continuous antics and application of the chat rules are finally being consistently addressed in here? If so that has to be good news for existing and potential shareholders or is that too much to ask for? Long overdue.

Such updates seem an age ago. It has been a grim PPP winter so far. We can just hope there is a spring forward, accompanied by a CEO operational update, soon.

Cause and effect?? Existing shareholders have way too much at stake here. Isn't it time now for the increased jibing and bating to stop in this forum? We all await more PPP information. Until it is forthcoming, perhaps admin should reiterate the chat rules here and apply them consistently please??

I totally agree about the lack of information content in this LSE group It remains a waste of time until we receive some meaningful communication. Not sure how much longer PPP would expect us to wait for that
