Fair enough Zag. I do really appreciate the huge efforts going on behind the scenes with appropriate control bodies to ensure compliant PPP practices that support existing shareholders.

I bought in on the back of them too and am potentially down further. I still certainly do not trust the current GM initiative under Mr Lunn's watch so am 100% against it. I do want audit and AGM completion.

I recall that the TE RNS's were all issued legally with advice. The current situation is that the FCA do need to be fully involved in the suspension, unfinalised audit and adjourned AGM completion, giving due consideration to existing shareholders

In what way exactly is it nonsense? Lunn's legal advice also remain very reluctant to respond.

Please all wake up to Hepran's malice and do your own detailed research before voting. Fully assess what will be the best for the future of PPP and its existing shareholdersvplease.
