Thanks but as I said - I already looked it up. What do you think the consolidation ratio would be. How do you think it would be greeted by PIs? How much of the company capital would then be used to launch on NASDAQ? I would have thought it would have to be about the same as in the AIM listing for it to make any sense. So where will we be then, unless we automatically get a share in NASDAQ for each of our AIM shares and I can’t see that happening.

I had to look it up. Basically a fancy phrase for a share consolidation. Prosperous companies do this through a share buy back but obviously Avacta cannot do that.

So IceCool what are your views on the ratio of the reverse split? 10:1, 100:1 or even higher?

If we reversed into a current NASDAQ company it would still take a substantial amount of money and this wouldn’t be available until after P1b properl data is released in 2H25. All this fantasising about what is about to happen in May is pure b*llocks

I see what you did there. But in this case it is a fact that CC has set out a roadmap largely dependent on P1b early results being the first step (apart from becoming a solely TX company which is largely immaterial ito SO).

It sounds as if the author of this letter and the 30 odd folks who liked it are the ones that are unhappy and should sell. They obviously have over inflated expectations and refuse to understand what CC has been explicit about - WE NEED P1B RESULTS BEFORE ANY SIGNIFICANT COMMERCIAL SUCCESS CAN HAPPEN

Why do you write this. CC has made it clear that we need good P1b results to open the doors to investment unless you want her to sell out at this price which would be catastrophic for most of us LTHs
