RE: Appointment of a sole broker = raising more funds and dilution !7 Feb 2024 21:45
Dunk Biscuit - I don't quite grasp what you are saying. Obviously you have an agenda here, and are employing well-known "scare tactics" to maybe frighten people out? I don't know.
Those of us able to look at things through a rather more logical eyeglass note a few things. You bang on about "dilution". And fund raising. Firstly we have a certain amount of warrants out there, exerciseable at 0.25p, so logic dictates a price above that for starters.
Then there is "fund raising". Are we desperate for funds, like some other companies? No. And isn't it important to also consider logically (that word again) what any "fund raise" may be used for? If it's just to spunk on running costs, directors salaries, overpaid brokers and advisers, then yes it's a bad "dilution". If however, as I and others here, strongly suspect it would be used to further R&D, and more importantly production costs, PR etc., then it's money well spent. After all, if you needed an extension or a full house refurb you'd borrow money to fund it - same as with companies.
What you conveniently also forget is that we've had government funding for starters, and a recently announced RNS stated a partnership with a tier1 company that includes funding from them also.
So, despite what you'd like us to think (or what you erroeneously think) DGI are actually in a very strong position financially, with cash in the bank currently. In fact today's RNS was simply informing the market that we've purchased game-changing stuff already to make production more in-house, quicker and cheaper to get to the eventual targets.
There really is no way round your argument. Don't forget who is running the show now - 3 top guys with bags of experience. Couple that with the original team who have bought the products to fruition and everything spells eventual success here.
It's not going to happen overnight, or in the next week or month, but string all the recent RNS's together and anyone with financial knowledge can see not only are we seriously undervalued on fundamentals but a company set for explosive growth and interest from many bigger players in the weeks and months ahead.
So, don't worry about "dilution" or "fund raising" - I'm very convinced that any raising will be done for the sole good, and not just for the sake of it.
