JCool - many thanks for the excellent article on the Tesla sodium-ion interest.

I would think our 3 amigos would obviously still have major contacts at Tesla, perhaps they have moved here for more purpose than we all think and are working in tandem with Tesla to cement DGI's tech with them. A fascinating conjecture and open to speculation of course, but nonetheless firm food for thought.

And a 45m "sale" (but it's not) recorded at 11.17 for the same sp 0.1925p.

Obviously now switches between two holders as the bid had been 0.19p for the previous two hours.

One of two things - either between MM's or more likely a simple transfer from one large holder to another. No effect on the SP whatsoever - so nothing to be concerned about.

I too have the same, an ISA with HL. They show the bid price not the ask - so that's correct.

0.2p/0.22p.

Thing we have to ponder now is - was it a "director buy" or is someone seriously now stake-building here?

Blowdog - there is no pending announcement about a consolidation of 1 for 100 or otherwise. It's purely my view that fundamentals should start to drive this stock to the 1p mark in due course, which would then be an ideal time to consolidate 1 for 100 to give a £1 sp.

The discussion about this emanated from rumours/hopes of an eventual Nasdaq listing which of course, is a long way off. Nasdaq you may not be aware have a minimum entry price level. Common sense dictates we aren't going from 0.20p to around £3.50 (the current minimum level entry requirement for Nasdaq admittance), so a consolidation would obviously help it on it's way.

Of course, we first need positive RNS's to get the sp moving towards anything like 1p, but personally I believe these will be forthcoming, maybe sooner than many think.

I fully concur with Manifesto also - this is now a solid and serious buy in large amounts if you can, but more importantly hold.

Yes, a stonking buy and an excellent start to the day and the week. Not buying for the sake of it, but if we get some very positive news in the next month or two my hope is the company can grow the sp to 1p, then announce a much needed 1 for 100 consolidation.

I don't know whether the Nasdaq rumours/hopes have any foundation but the sp needs to be a lot different to what it currently is for that to happen.

Meanwhile..............I think I'll have another top-up.

A move to Nasdaq (if it ever happens) is miles off, but it should be welcomed.

All the best to you Manifesto. Yes, the entry criteria on Nasdaq has changed over the years, maybe as the index itself rises and gets more valuable as an entity they want a higher minimum price for entry.

We are, of course, entirely news-driven now. I think a lot of the speculative froth has been blown off now after the initial surge a month ago, and we are seeing longer term investors buying large tranches and holding. I have a thing about "free floats" having seen quite a lot of initially small penny stocks such as DGI be bought in large amounts but held and not traded, then to go on to greater things and the consequent sp rises have been exponential due to an effective eventual shortage of stock.

That is obviously what would suit us all here, so it's now down to the BOD to deliver what we think they will.

Exciting times lie ahead.

Manifesto - we are both wrong on the sp admittance. It's actually $5 - but has to stay above $1, that's where I think I got the initial amount from. Fully agree we are miles from that scenario yet, but who knows? As I said if we can grow the sp to 1p in the first instance, then announce a consolidation (preferably 1 for 100) then we'll be on the way. Obviously that's all dependent on future RNS's being of the positive nature, although I have no reason to doubt that they won't be.

JCool - correct, but you didn't mention the minimum share price for admittance to Nasdaq which is $1. So, as I posted last week, what needs to happen is for the company to grow the sp to 1p, then announce at 1 for 100 consolidation. That way we will be £1 (with of course less shares), then, if the Nasdaq stories or interest has any creedence, that will satisfy the demands to be able to enter that index.

I think it's all a way off yet, but I do think that some very positive news isn't far off. Only my view of course and DYOR.

Fully agree - but I think we are rather exposed given what we have, our tech, the patents and the fact we haven't gone into production yet.

On the cusp, so to speak, and vulnerable to someone coming in and swooping it all up.

Don't ever rule out a knockout-bid here.

With everything being worth less than £20m, but with it's forward prospects, the bigger boys, or even a major car manufacturer could swallow this up for £50m - around 0.5p per share as a quick knockout.

Yup. If just 100 investors buy or accumulate 10m shares each, that's over 10% of the total number of shares in issue - a drastic cut in the "free float" in itself.

No good having say 500,000 of these, you have to go in big, hold and wait. We all know it's going to be "news-driven" and it's one of the very few examples, in my view, where any positive news will lead to a big tightening of the screw where the sp is concerned. And to think just what some institutional involvement will begin to do.
