After some early sporadic selling and a slight dip, for some big buys to come back in and steady the ship.

We are building some nice momentum here ahead of the next positive RNS. I won't say "1p by the end of the month", but certainly think that is attainable (or a consolidation equivalent) by the summer.

MM's sometimes just don't like any buying pressure. To widen the spread to 0.21/0.24 is plainly ridiculous and obviously designed to deter buying.

Basically agree with that, although current trading conditions are perfect for those of us who want to add to positions without too much trouble.

More or less news-driven at the moment, so won't get any meaningful climb in the sp until the next positive RNS - but news is always around the corner and the message remains: buy and hold.

If we DO get our hands on some AMTE assets then I'm sure that's one placing that everyone will be more than happy to subscribe to.

We have a unique opportunity here with lots of things falling into place at the right time. With the three new guys in there and their experience who knows where this little gem is going to end up?

Once again, the key to driving things forward (and allowing any placing at an enhanced price) are big buys and more importantly holding the stock. Squeezing the free-float down sharply is only the beginning of the strategy.

The 3 ex-Tesla guys will do the rest.

At the end of the day it matters not a jot whether they do or don't as DGI will prosper under it's own steam and it's new first-class BOD, so silly little scare tactics aren't really relevant.

The free-float as of yesterday was 3.64bn shares out of a total issued share base of 10bn - so we've got a bit of work to do to get that down to zero before the big news hits. Once that's out in the open the shares will then rise exponentially and be difficult to get hold of.

However things pan out, whether DGI bid for and successfully get the AMTE assets and business or they don't, they are getting mentions and interest everywhere, and are destined to become a major player in their industry.

Basically it's a buy as much as you can and hold.

The story is only just beginning.

Now Wall St is open it will be interesting to see if any large buys come in this afternoon.

0.22 bid 0.23 ask now.

That's why the mm's have been holding this back. Quite a few major buyers lurking out there it seems.

12p would equate to an mcap of £1.2bn. Personally I hope you are right, but I think the BOD will want to grow the company with positive announcements, contracts and possibly joint ventures with manufacturers. Then when we reach 1p (£100 mcap) a needed consolidation of 1 for 100 to make a £1 sp. Then with further positive news we could maybe get to the entry level required for a Nasdaq listing. It's only my personal view, obviously open to debate and discussion, and I may be totally wide of the mark, but I think going forward the BOD will want a heavier weighted share price rather than one in the pennies.

That way lies more institutional interest anyway.

Only my view, but the way I see it panning out is that we will now get a succession of positive RNS's culminating in the sp rising to the 1p mark. Even at that level DGI will only be valued at £100m which is total chickenfeed in the big scheme of things. Then the BOD will consolidate the shares, 1 for 100 to get this on more radars. After that we will be a solid and fast growing business, it's only then we can seriously discuss the possibility of a Nasdaq listing. All this will take time of course, and there will be bumps along the way, but I genuinely feel this is a small acorn that is destined to become a massive oak.

The dust has now settled after a manic 20 minutes, now's the time to buy after a somewhat disorderly start.

Petro - it's so obvious you have an agenda here, but have you not seriously thought that our 3 ex-Tesla guys have so many contacts that they may be discusing a joint tie-up with an EV manufacturer, who will bear the total or part-total cost?

Always a possibility, and to be honest what difference does buying at 0.213p as opposed to 0.21p or a sliver below really make if you are in big time for the big rewards?
