RE: Mild Dilution15 Feb 2024 14:03
I do have to smile at some of the feeble attempts here to trash DGI and put the wind up people.
As StayLong has said most of us here are in for the longer term and are quite capable of reading and understanding RNS's.
We are also capable and able to deal with some mild and not unexpected dilution, to further strengthen the balance sheet and get the show on the road.
In all my years and experience of investing I don't think I could name one company that started on a growth path without additonal funds. True, many of them failed as they either didn't have the correct product for the time, or the expertise of the directors to market it.
DGI has both. In abundance. The right and much needed products, and 3 guys at the helm along with the wisdom and experience of others who got the thing originally going, to actually market it all.
Of course there will be bumps along the way, and ups and downs, but I defy anyone to show me a company at this stage of it's journey that has the potential we have here. This story is only just starting. Those of us on board (and adding) are quite happy to. Those thinking of coming board should do their research, read and understand the RNS's, then make their decision.
I suspect the rest have no skin in the game, nor any intention of, so why waste your time, and ours, posting crass comments designed to ill-inform?
We are, after all, mature and capable investors and big enough to take news on the chin, be it bearish or bullish, so if you don't mind would you kindly leave us to it please?
